Returned Uhaul to same location it was picked up from. The gentleman ( I didn’t catch his name ) when we picked up was great, very nice and was kind enough to explain everything to my fiancé and I. Returning the Uhaul was a complete different story. Lisa was the lady who was ‘helping’ us. Very nasty, unfriendly and seem to be bothered that we were there at 9am when the store opened. I hand her the keys to the truck she threw them on the desk and said I’ll get to it when I have a second. My fiancé and I were the only customers in the store but she was consumed with speaking to her boyfriend and her cell phone. I proceeded to ask what was the next step in this process and mentioned I didn’t have time to spare as I had a very busy morning ahead of us. I asked her to please walk out to the truck and verify everything was in good standing. She snatched the keys and stormed out of the office. When returning she didn’t say one word to us we had to ask if we were finished or if we were waiting on anything else. She looked up and said ‘I’m working on your receipt.’ She began to tell me that I must be an angry individual and that I should seek help immediately. I got very upset as did my fiancé and that begin a very heated argument. Lisa (the working staff member) and her boyfriend began to charge at us. Her boyfriend followed us out the door and said to my fiancé I will fight you for treating my girlfriend how you just did. I must say we went in calm and excited that we just got our furniture all moved into our new home and were in such great moods! Her boyfriend followed us to the car and says ‘I’m f***ing call the cops on you two pieces of s***.!!’ At that point we took it upon ourselves as paying customers to try and resolve the issue before it progressed as that was extremely unnecessary. Other than that very very terrible in counter and experience with that location the truck was great and we had no issues. But I would never recommend that location again.

No improvements needed. It is disappointing that (in order to short circuit lawsuits that might possibly pop up sometime) UHAUL has adopted a policy that prohibits renting trailers to Jeep-owning customers who intend to tow them with Jeeps that have "soft tops." I actually have a Jeep Gladiator pickup truck that has a "soft top." Should I need to rent a UHAUL trailer, I must apparently order and have installed an optional "hard top" on my Jeep pickup. The cost of this option would be approx. $3,000. I find this requirement unnecessary and unacceptable. While a Jeep Wrangler MIGHT suffer an item flying off of a towed trailer and penetrating the soft top--pretty far fetched--the possibility of a Jeep Gladiator pickup truck, which is even longer than either a standard Wrangler or an extended chassis Wrangler, suffering the same catastrophic event is extremely remote. It would be less expensive for me to purchase my own trailer and store it somewhere until needed than for me to buy a second top (and store the one that came with the truck) in order to rent a UHAUL trailer when needed. I should also point out that the "hard top" for a Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator pickup IS ACTUALLY MADE OF A PLASTIC--NOT METAL. Thanks for your attention. Again, the folks at Winchester Moving Supplies were top grade.

I had to travel 20 plus miles to pick up a auto transport - It was dark when I picked it up When I loaded the vehicle the following day I noticed that one of the tires was bald but based on schedule I needed to leave and start the trip. That bald tire blew out 300 miles from my destination, that tire blew out and standed along the highway for a couple hours to waiting for assistance

Hire more assistants, especially for the weekend. Teach your representatives to continue helping the in person customers, as opposed to continually answering the phone and going into each phone customer's issue.

When I went in I was told it was .99 cents a mile. The office charged me for an extra 3 miles & charged me 1.29 a mile. When I called to tell them about it they said sorry it’s in the contract you sign nothing we can do about it.

Although both times we received good service and equipment, the process of renting the same size truck and equipment was very different. Our rentals were about 4 days apart. There is obviously no consistency here. The first time a lady gave us the keys and told us to just drop it off when we were finished and explained how we would be charged accordingly. The second rental required us to upload 5 to 6 photos of the truck's condition and answer a lengthy survey when we dropped if off after hours. I'm sure our second rental was preformed with the company process, but it was very inconvenient.

I ordered online 12 moving pads/blankets but upon my arrival to pick up my rental was informed they didn’t have any because none were turned back in. I wish I could have been notified as I was out in a bind moving valuable glass furniture.

the man in charge went out his way to help us we did not have correct ball for hook up he waited until we got one from local auto pts store & once before we rented a trailer he did same thing even in pouring down rain hooked it up he is also good Christian person
