The vehicle/load safety chains are damaged. One has a bent open link for the front load safety chain and rear load safety chain doesn't have a hook to connect the chain after its looped around the vehicle frame.

Did online booking but apparently not correct. Spent another 20 25 minutes to redo everything Was told cost would be less. When I returned the trailer next day . No refund very expensive for 4 by 8 trailer over night. Cannot even read the receipt sent

I would recommend Wilson's pick up location to a friend but to call or go in to book as we had done an online booking and our experience was terrible when we arrived it said to pick up on Millar Ave even though our online reservation said to pick up Wilson's and then the size truck we reserved wasn't available. It really put us behind and was quite stressful even though the employee we dealt with at Wilson's was very helpful.

Truck box wasn't cleaned at all, and the truck cabin was extremely dirty, smelled like dog , found cigarette buts and dog food by the seats. Truck was ok got the job done but ot wasn't a pleasant one. ðŸ˜'

I will just make a bit of my experience. I had a truck reserved for Thursday November 11th for 10am. I received a call at 9:45am that same morning, from your company telling me I could not pick up a truck until 12pm. I had movers booked for 10am. So naturally when you hired somebody to to a job at 10 and they show up, you have to pay them! Why did uhaul wait until 15 minutes before I had to pick up the truck to let me know this. I made the reservation online a week prior and the reservation said 10am pick up time. When I went to pick up the truck I was surprised to understand there was a mileage charge, even though it was in city limits. He looked up the kilometre for the round trip which worked out to be approximately 17 km. Three years ago I rented a uhaul for the exact same move and there was no mileage charge. I used a uhaul place just off Idylwyld drive. So he asked when I would be returning and I told him in 24hrs. He let me know about the fuel charge and told me I would be charged extra for fuel if I did not replenish it. He showed me where the needle was on a piece of paper. When I got it the truck I verified. I finished my move at 6pm, so I took the truck back as my vehicle was parked there and I needed my vehicle. Unfortunately the place was closed. So I parked it in the compound and took the keys with me. At 9:30 am the next morning I received a phone call from the young man asking when I was going to drop off the key for the uhaul. I informed him I was bring the key back at 10am, as that is the time they open. I asked if they had as second key so they could move it if needed, and he said they didn't have another key. So on my way to deliver I stopped for gas at the Esso which is next door to the uhaul. I replenished the gas used and took the truck back to uhaul. When I went in to bring the key I asked the fellow if there was anything thing for me to sign and he said no your good, and I left. That afternoon I received and online copy of my invoice and saw that there was a fuel charge of 17.43. Not sure why there was a charge as I did put fuel in it. When I had driven past the uhaul place at 12:30 later on, the truck was still parked in its original spot. I don't believe the employee had even gone out there to assess the truck, he just billed me. I am very disappointed with this vendor and disappointed with uhaul that they did not have the courtesy to give me more notice than 15 minutes to alter my reservation. Creating a lot of extra stress for me in a stressful time. I would like someone to contact me regarding the matter and I would like my fuel charge reimbursed. Great place. Very helpful young man. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Completely different experience than the pick up spot. The trailer worked fine, and I was impressed with how much it held, and how well it handled.

The Truck Ran excellently . No cruise control . The radio didn't work for most of trip . After fiddling with trying to get the radio to work for almost the whole trip . Then the radio came on with a loud volume blast at Elk Island Park, about a half hour before Edmonton . Otherwise a good trip.

The van itself was very good, and the staff at the location were very helpful. However my experience with the online system was negative, and I will not be using it again. I had issues during both the online pickup and return processes: 1. During online pickup, the website crashed, and I was no longer able to submit new photos of the van, add additional drivers, etc. 2. During return, the "final" button of the online form (i.e. the link which should have completed the return) would lead me back to the beginning. I tried this about 10 times, using different browsers (chrome and firefox), to no avail. IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE RETURN ONLINE. Ultimately I had to speak to a staff member at the location, who thankfully was very helpful.

We had a problem with booking it in the first place. The rental place did not have a confirmation. We had booked it on Friday We drove 3 hours to pickup and no vehicles available. U haul scrambled and found one In Saskatoon for us. The web site was not user friendly.

2 of the tires were almost flat( 1 had 5.8 lbs and the other had 10.2 lbs) I had to go to my house to get proper air pressure. Then find out I got charged another $20 for dropping it off after hours. They are only open 6 hrs on sundays, I booked it for 10 and used it for 10 and still get charged.

I would recommend the location, for Reese and Mitch served me well. The U-Haul TruckShare app, however, was very frustrating. It took from one hour 20 minutes (from 12:44 to 14:06) to get the truck. A shout-out to Michelle from U-Haul who tried to call an hour in, but I was frustrated by then. When I returned the truck, they were about to charge me 40 miles (and associated gas top-up) when I had only gone 10.1 miles. Some data was not current. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of the odometer and fast tank, and they accepted that. If you would like my detailed experience on the TruckShare app, I would be pleased to share it with you. I did the online check in but it still took 20-25 minutes to get the truck. In addition, I booked the vehicle for a 9:00am pick up but I was unable to get it until the store opened at 10:00am. No where did it inform me that I would not be able to get the truck at the time I wanted and I drove 1.5 hours to pick it up.

Registration was a complete screw up even though I prebooked ahead of time. Quoted fees were changed at pickup time. Manager had to be consulted about 3 times to get things straightened out. No one could tell me what to do if I had a flat tire while travelling on the road. If I wasn't on a time commitment I would left the store. I will look around a bit more next time I need a trailer.

My order had me picking up my trailer from Wilson's Lifestyle Centre at 9:00 am. Because of this, I had scheduled the rest of my moving day accordingly (move-in time, movers, dropping off the keys for the place I was moving out of, etc). Upon arrival, I was noticed that Wilson's did not open until 10:00 am. This was a major inconvenience to the rest of the day. Very disappointed with the level of communication between U-Haul and Wilson's. This negligence made my moving day more difficult.

I booked online to "save time". Unacceptably paperwork was delayed and spent more than an hour to get the key. When returned the key, vehicle checkup was also very slow and delayed paperwork get done. Delay + Delay = Double charge + 1.5 hrs

This is not a 24 hour drop off location. This is not labelled ANYWHERE. There is no key drop box location. I wasted 2 hours on the phone with U-Haul customer service before they finally allowed me to leave the U-Haul here. Horrible experience.

This is the second location I had to go to. My guaranteed rental at the Miller location was not there. So my 1030 pick up turned into a 1145 pick up at the Owen Manor location. I do appreciate the compensation with the extra days of rental but I didn't really need them. Would just recommend better organization. Driving 90 miles to pick up a rental and having to again drive to another location set my moving plans back one day.
