The location is at a storage facility. It was easy to find (not just that it was immediately off the main road, but they also had large signage pointing to the office). They had a good variety of equipment, which tells me they stay busy and are likely to have what you need on hand at any given time. The particular trailer I rented was in great shape, and I really appreciated the leaf -spring on the drop gate, which made dropping and raising much easier on my back. Staff at Willow Creek Storage are friendly, and they ensured the trailer was properly hooked up to my truck. Drop-off, even after hours, was a breeze.

Everything was good. Being able to pick up and return the truck after hours on the App was great. However, I ordered an appliance dolly and one was not provided. I had to scramble to find an alternative before being able to get the item I was using the truck to pick up. I did not get a call or any other contact to advise they did not have one or an apology for not providing what was needed.

This location is very close to our unloading spot. Dropped off the tow dolly a day earlier was not a problem. When I drop the truck off, the facility was closed. I just dropped the key in the box and was in hours was informed that it was checked in. Very simple to get in and out of the lot. I was to rent again I would rent from this location.

U-haul changed my location reservation and did not attempt to email and notify me. That put me an hour behind schedule for moving. The main reason this is so upsetting is because I called and verified my reservation the day before and the associate did not care to notify me of the change when I called to confirm. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service as when I told customer that this was upsetting, they did not attempt to rectify the situation.

It was difficult to check the truck back in because the internet reception was not good. My provider is Verizon. Maybe it’s different with different providers.

The area has poor cell service. It took me an hour to get my rental returned via the app and I almost missed my deadline. If there is a way to extend some kind of wifi out to the lot to make it easier to return your rental, that would be fantastic. All else was in great condition and worked great. Nice staff too!

Having made the reservation well in advance, the location was clear across town from the location requested. The people were nice, but really not very customer friendly. The trailer was well used and had many places that had been caulked--not satisfactorily

Willow Creek Storage (U-Haul) is among the very BEST OVERALL companies of any sort I've dealt with. A top-class business throughout. The storage units are located in a prime location, and immaculately clean (for what they are). The owner/operators are friendly, efficient, effective and engaged. They made checking in and checking out easy, fast, and painless. Their prices are the best in the area (for the quality). My highest recommendation.
