Lady working the store never came out from. Behind the counter and never turned my equipment in. I had to call UHaul directly to issue of turn in resolved. Poor expierence at this location.

It was a little mom and pop convenience store with one employee, since the place is not dedicated to uhaul, it took a while to get processed

The location i picked it up the lady never came out behind the desk never showed me the vehicle it was parked behind the building handed me the keys thats all

The lady filling out the paperwork didn't know much about what was going on I mean she knew I was picking it up she knew how to fill up the paperwork she had to get help with the payment because I had to split payment and her computer wouldn't process it for some reason and in between she had to help the customers of her store and when it came to talking about the insurance she didn't know much about it she just knew that they were two different levels a higher paying level and a lower paying level had she known the difference I probably would have purchased the higher level of insurance I think that the people at the U-Haul places need more education on your product also they didn't know how to Tell me to get my car on the U-Haul I had to figure it out myself

Get organized!!!! Had a reservation for 9:00AM did not have a Truck was switched to 3 different pick up locations mean while paying $85 an hour for my movers starting at 9AM when I was supposed to get my Truck they finally found me one at 10:30, but then truck was stuck so then after another 2 hours finally got a truck at 12:30, had trash inside, but hey at least movers were getting paid for moving instead of waiting for truck, I really thought that’s what reservation was for and that’s why we pick a time to pick it up, needless to say I will not use U-Haul again or recommend it to anyone.

Run down old gas station, dirty place small parking area no bigger than a 24x24 area. This whole expeeience was bad at both locations.

I was given a confirmation at a local U Haul place, but when I arrived, there was no truck available. I was sent to a location about 45 minutes away to pick up my truck. It was fine, but very inconvenient, given the confirmation.

Stop using convenience stores and gas stations for uhaul rentals.

One worker in the store to manage small café, variety grocery store and U Haul responsibilities. Might have been a temporary problem, but more workers needed.

It was a dirty mini mart. I also got charged $25 for a cleaning fee. I was only in the truck for just a bit over an hour. This was a rip off

Rude employee on the phone. Then when we went to drop it off, they told us to park in front of a truck, then after we took it off the hitch, they said that truck needed to be moved, and they expected us to move the trailer! Uhm no? You literally sat there and smoked your cigarettes and watched us and told us where to put it.
