Very quick and easy process you guys were awesome. Thank you for getting my family on the road in a timely manner.
Austin C.Reservation was originally for istorage and the business was locked with a note on the door to call uhaul directly if you had a reservation. Willis location was exceptional for support and ready to pick up trailer.
Rob S.First off I prepaid for the truck and two dozen blankets and we picked up the truck and they had no blankets. I asked if he had removed them from my bill but it turns out he never has and I've been struggling trying to get that removed. Secondly he said he left the truck running for us outside and after we got home I understand why. We let the truck sit overnight and went to start it the next day and it would not start I had to jump the truck. While we were packing the truck I had to leave it on the charger to ensure that it would keep a charge. Once on the road a few miles in the engine light came on and we were pretty much in panic mode for a thousand miles. The truck continued to barely start but we did make it to our destination. I am extremely disappointed in U-Haul and how they maintain their vehicles. I can't get a call back from anybody to get a refund on the blankets, extremely frustrated customer

JOHN C.The trailer door latch needs to be adjusted. It is very tight and hard to open. Everything else was in good working order.
John S.I was given a truck with no fuel. The light was on and I weas told it had no fuel. So, I went and put 40 bucks in fuel. I drove the truck a total of 26 miles, and they only gave me a credit of 17.25. That is wrong. Because if you take the total cost of rental 41.49 + 40 for gas. I paid 81.49 to go 26 miles and I was only given a 17.25 credit. So, I ended up paying 64.24. Not cool

Robert K.Pick up location changed my drop off location without asking or telling me. So I went to the wrong location to return and then had to reconnect the trailer and bring it to the next city down the freeway to return causing me to be later getting to work.
Subrena C.I didn't receive any paperwork. The guy enter information wrong. I had to call do change the drop off location because the guy didn't verify with me. I still feel that I was over charged when we had the truck for 2 hours. Will not be using uhaul anymore.
tyler O.When I got my quote online I checked the box that said I didn't want insurance and then I converted the quote into an order. At no time did I change my quote to include the insurance, but insurance was added when I picked the unit up. While it was my fault for not checking the contract before leaving, it is unscrupulous for U-Haul to add this insurance after customers specifically decline the insurance online.
