There were problems checking me into my original reservation. So he had to open a new one reservation (this one), which resulted in the loss of 10 free miles since UHAUL changed my location from Banks to Gaston. This cost me a total $20 more than what I was originally quoted. Neither location seems to have the power or authority to help the customer. So I must call corporate, wasting my time to fix what I feel is Uhauls mistake.

joe hThe staff at Williams Fuel was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The uhaul was clean and ready to go. They also have some of the best prices in town for landscaping. I came back and bought some really cool rocks.
