Had issues with the app not working, and website said I was good to go, had to call in to change where I requested for drop off because first guy messed it all up. Got all fixed finally and got charged $20 for the drop off location have to return it in the system...Keith W.

Am on the phone now for the 4th time trying to get my money back for repairs i paid for, trailer was in terrible condition. Lights did not work, trailer wiring was in disarray. In addition the truck that has a 50 gallon tank took 49.7 gallons of gas to fill when picked up, basically running on fumes. They should have at least some gas in it when you pick up the truck. The check engine light was on. When the mechanic arrived for the trailer lights he didn't even have the fuses necessary to repair and I had to go to an auto parts store and buy myself, and the truck threw 8 different codes for the check engine light. When I dropped off the trailer I needed help unscrewing it and the man laughed at me I asked if he needed any information from me he said no days later I received a receipt saying I had the trailer an extra day and returned it after hours I returned the trailer within three days and returned it at 2pm and even spoke to the worker I was charged over $40 for this and it took hours on hold to even get my money back. I was told a manager would reach out to me in 72 hours and never heard from anyone again.Cellisha M.
When we arrived it looked very rough. Doors were locked and the sign said they'd be back in 3 hours. Before reading the sign, my husband tried to go inside. Apparently the person was very mad that he tried. After we read the sign the worker or owner opened the door and rudely went off about not being open. I dropped my rental trailer off one day early than required at 1:00 pm on a weekday afternoon. No employee from the dealership to help detach the trailer. I put the rental contract in the 24 hour box. I also took a date, location and time stamped photo of the detached trailer and my vehicle. Office was closed when I arrived at pickup time -@ 12:00 noon. It is a used car lot and they parked a used car in front of my rental truck blocking me in!! And no one around to move it for 2 hours! They are never there to take care of their customers or answer any questions or to take care of any matters at all they use the app never call you to see if you need anything or to ask you any questions at all if something comes up very unprofessional they owe me money back and I can't get in touch with anyoneVince I.
Check engine light was on the vehicle from the store. You can hear like heat shields vibrating underneath or something when you drove. I've always rented from U-Haul but this experience was probably the worst one I've had actually only bad experience I've had with you all.David C.
The owner had sign on the door indicating No Mask No Service which is fine, as that is his right as the business owner. If However that is his rule then the mask should have to be worn properly. He had the mask down over his nose and almost over his mouth and when I asked why I had to wear a mask if you do not wear yours properly the answer was I am the owner I can do what I want. I was told my truck was clean and ready to go and the keys were in it. Their clean and mine must be different. When I clean something I don't normally leave unwrapped cheese crackers in the cupholder. I also don't leave an entire can of soda on the seat either. It was definitely not cleaned prior to my rental.Mark H.

I was charged 2 times for furniture pads and a dolly that I never received. I notified the agent when we walked the truck that the items were missing and he said they were out and I had to go to another location but I didn't have time. I called immediately and notified corporate to remove the charges. They refunded them just to bill me again when I returned the vehicle. This is unacceptable and a horrible experience to say the least. I spoke to someone on Monday and was told they would refund me, called back today Wednesday to see where they were in the process just to find out nothing was done and she would issue the refund today. I delivered/ returned a clean trailer. U-Haul's on-line return website would not function beyond downloading a picture of the clean condition. It would not allow me continue because the continue button was not functional. I described this problem on my contract and informed the attendant/employee/owner? of this U-Haul dealer and was told not to worry, he'll take care of it. I was then charged $54 for cleaning. Seriously, I left the trailer in safer, cleaner and overall in better operational condition than when I took delivery of it and have photos which document this fact.Richard T K.

This location started off great but fast forward to a week after I turned my truck in I got a call saying â€œwhen are you bringing the truck backâ€ mind you the truck had been there. I was charged 400 for â€œthe week I had the truckâ€ when in actuality I only had the truck for 4 hours. Personal was rude. Treated me like dirt. Acted like I was stupid. Double charged my bank. Had to rebort it to my bank for a refund. Never gave me the dolly as I paid for. Then tried to lie to me and say it didn't charge me. The guy working up there harrased my son in law for my card information because I wasn't driving there quick enough. Completely inappropriate and rude. Yelled at me when I asked why I was double charged. Talked trash about me to my son in law. Would never ever recommend using this place. Also the uhaul was extremely dirty and out of fuel when we picked it up but couldn't tell the guy because he drove off while we where inspecting the uhaul. He then flicked me off while he was driving off. Never again will I use uhaul. Or my family!MAREK M.

The Uhaul rep indicated he could not find my record and I read off the address to confirm a few seconds later he says, you're good". But something just didn't feel right how he said it. So I said, "that's it I'm good?" He said, "yeah". I asked if I could get some confirmation and he said it'll be emailed to me. Like I said, something didn't feel right so I went outside and took pictures showing where I dropped it for my own records. Long story short, the email never came. I called the location to let him know and he was very rude. I called the Uhaul 800 number and the representative told me it never was submitted as turned in. When I arrived at the U-Haul location at 5pm to pick-up the tow dolly the business was closed. I made contact with the proprietor and was told that he was on his way. He arrived after 5pm. I was told the charges would be $52.95 which equates to $44.95 + $8.00 for safe tow for 1 day. He then instructed me that the equipment was due back at 11pm. I used the tow dolly and returned it to the location approximately 9pm (2 hours early). The next day I learned that I was charged for 2 days, which includes an extra day of safe coverage ($8.00) and after hours service fee ($20.00). The receipt claims that I returned it at 1217pm, (13 hours late instead of 2 hours early), After contacting the Area Field Manager, I was only refunded $44.95. I should have been refunded the extra day of safe coverage fee and the after hours service fee. I had to connect and disconnect the tow dolly to my hitch as well as the safety chains. I also had to "find" trailer lighting wire and ensure they were operational. No customer service from U-Haul at this location.CHARLESERIC C.

We got to the drop off location during normal listed business hours but the location was closed due to covid. Called the service number on door and got a voice-mail with no room for messages. Spent 50 minutes trying to get ahold of uhaul to do the drop off. Uhaul then charged me an after hours fee when I dropped during normal posted hours. Will never use again.Branden W.

This guy didn't attach the transport hauler up correctly. He didn't screw the hauler onto the truck nor did he hook up the lights! I received NO paperwork and he left the lot before I even got into the truck! This place was an awful experience! I'd hope you would drop him from being a disturber! I will NEVER use Uhaul AGAIN! I was overcharged and NO ONE will help recover the overcharges!!!Susie B.
Location was between Average and Below Average. When I walked in, the only person there was on the phone conducting what sounded like personal business. It sounded like he was interviewing someone for a side job??? I waited for almost 10 minutes. The truck was clean, but I can't confirm if it's well-maintained because I'm in a dispute over mileage (157 miles over and I didn't drive that much). I'd only recommend this place if you're not on a schedule and are ok waiting for non-Uhaul business to be completed.ROBERTDOUGLAS S.
