WHEN WE CAME TO RETURN THE RENTAL THE "YARD" WAS CLOSED FOR LUNCH. IT WAS POSTED THAT THEY TAKE LUNCH AT A SPECIFIC TIME, WE JUST DID NOT NOTICE IT UNTIL WE WERE READY TO TURN IN THE TRAILER

jose sCustomer service wise, it will help better if the person who is doing customer has it. The person who was in charge was not really approachable. He might need to find another line if work if he can’t deliver a proper response to his customer. The day we pick up the truck and the day we return it he was the same un approachable person. We purchased a box for our tv but unfortunately it won’t fit in our car we ask if we can leave it there and pick up the next day but the response was we are not a storage and can’t keep the box for a couple days. The fact that we just pay for it. I hope that management give some attention to this person because is the front end of the U-Haul company. Thank you!

julie hShould have told me they were closed an hour for lunch when I made the reservation. Had to use my phone to send them pictures of my drivers license. Very rude- employee kept his dark sun glasses on the entire time he processed my request. He yelled at my disabled husband about where he was parked. The office/kitchen was filthy. But I needed the trailer!

DANIEL EHad to go back and have one of the tiedown straps replaced before we could load. The fraid strap was too short and unsafe to use. Disappointed that was not done earlier and required a return visit.

Mathew DSomeone called just before I was going to drop the trailer off and I told them within an hour. She didn't say anything about them being closed at lunch. We get there and of course its closed, so we followed the directions and left it there. Hopefully all went well because I haven't got any kind of confirmation on the drop off.

Robert JIt will have the lowest of rating until dispute has been settled! Truck was givin to me with incorrect gas reading AND starting mileage so claiming I drove 100 miles when in fact I drive 15 ! And I was charged ! I have proof of both however being forced to wait 72 hours ! Very very unhappy customer !

Michael ERented a 7 x 4 trailer. Was told the trailer would fit a golf cart that was a tad shorter then 7 x 4 but the trailer is no where close to 7 x 4. I have tons of pics but the trailer is only 3 foot wide

Sophia WI had reserved this equipment for 7:00 am at the Murrieta location. The night before I was due to pick it up I was informed that it was not available at the reserved location but that one would be available at Wildomar at 9:45 am. I called, told them this was unacceptable, and one was secured for me at 8 am in Wildomar. The people in Wildomar did everything they could to help, great job, but last-minute changes (especially when I had made a reservation beforehand) are not really acceptable…
