This rental experience has been a nightmare. I ended up paying far more than anticipated for a 10 foot truck 1 day rental. I'm still being being although I paid the invoice in full. Which, a male area rep was supposed to issue a credit for a portion of the invoice. Instead, I've paid a $100 deposit then was charged $2.40 September 10, 2020. on card ending in 1479. On August 27, @ 3:08pm I paid $98.73 while waiting on the invoice to be adjusted. On card ending in 2740. NOW I'VE PAID A TOTAL OF 201.13 It's been a nightmare to keep getting text messages stating I have an outstanding balance of $69.51 WHEN WILL THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED? I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A RESOLUTION AND PARTIAL REFUND FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS BUT THE AREA MANAGER DROPPED THE BALL.Manya B.

We rented the truck for a one way trip to Oceanside and were told if we brought the truck back after hours that we could lock it up and put the keys in a dropbox. we arrived around 8pm to find out this location closed at 4pm and wouldnt allow any dropoffs so we spent another hour on the phone trying to find another location where we could lockup the truckand leave it, Very upset with how this turned out.bruce M.

Absolute worst experience ever, I go online to order a trailer based on my vehicle and it gave me 1 option(the dolly) and the other was not recommended, I spoke to 2 people who's first question was verifying my vehicle and the dolly, then the only available pick up was an hour from my location, (i was towing with an RV) (I didnt have the money for the gas to waste 2 hours,) so I utilized the vehicle I was towing in order to pick it up, when I get there they tell me that the same system that told me this is the only thing I can use is telling them it wont fit and wont let me go through with it. This man also has no other trailer on sight and I already prepaid, he mentions another vehicle that would fit and I go with it because I'm pressed for time and already wasted over an hour. I get the trailer and head back, hook everything up and its fine and I drive for 2 hours with no issues, then theres 2 bursts the dolly tire was cut by the already broken PLASTIC wheel fender, and then my vehicle hopped and my tire slightly caught the rim of the dolly. Some how my 31 inch tire caused all this damage yet took very little damage of its own... rubbing against a rim going 40 mph... when roadside came they said the frame of the dolly was bent which is what caused the issues and that I should have never been issued this dolly. They call me to tell me it's my fault and I need to pay to fix it and I will not be reimbursed.... so they left me stranded on the side of the road over 2 hours away from my starting point by myself.. I was stuck there for 3 days. Misinformation, faulty web instructions, not 1 not 2 but 3 misinformed and untrained persons who were unable to guide me correctly prior to my 2 hour drive in total just for pick up. But once they have your money they dont give a damn about helping you I paid for 9 days and 2400 miles, I got 2 hours out of it, I spoke to the district manager and he has the nerve to tell me "he cares about the customer" and not just making a sale, and then proceeds to tell me hes not going to help me because me "as a customer should know more about their gear" then their own employees! And here I am almost 2 weeks later and I'm finally able to be in a position where I can leave a review because they left me physically and financially stranded and incapable... hope your business burnsJonathan M.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude. There was a problem with the internet but instead of explaining that, he marched around and cursed under his breath repeatedly. I checked in online and it took me an HOUR AND A HALF to get the trailer and go. This took up a big chunk of my day. Also, overpriced in my opinion.Erica M.
