Had to go 60 miles for my truck and had to wait 5hrs for a trailer. Then they double charged me 1800. Ruined my trip. The employees were friendly and professional and it wasn't their fault. Charging system is terrible.. You can be double charged....

Awesome customer Service. I had a reservation to pick up at 1:30 But the place closed at noon. The gentlemen called and and advised me of hours. He stated he has asked U-haul to change the hours for 9 months. He waited for me to get there to pick up the truck. Very friendly! Thank you!!

I was not able to "share location" on the link that was texted to me from my phone and luckily we were able to go to uhaul site on my sisters phone. It said completed but it made me nervous that it didn't go through. Did not ask to upload pics but I do have them.

The location was 1 hour from where the move was located. The inside of the store stunk the chemicals. The truck was dirty. I chose a location that was 5 miles from my home and was called 2 days before scheduled pick up to tell me that I would have to pick up the truck at a further location. I tried to pay with cash and the guy told me it would be an extra $100 because his computer was telling him it was for security deposit. Who ever heard such a thing?!?!

All was handled very well. Truck ran perfectly. Only one suggestionz: more insulation on the floor of the cab --- very hot floor.

There was a disgusting smell in the truck when we got it and we eventually found an old partial baby bottle, after removing it the smell went away but there was a lot of trash left in it when we got it. The guy that checked us in was really rude and even threw things at walls while i was in the office . We blew a tire on the trailer and before we left we asked them if there was a spare because 2 tires looked really bad and we were told “nah, it’ll be fine”.

I tried to drop of on a Sunday and they were not open and even though they had a drop off location across the street it was not mentioned anywhere and I had to come back the next day. Very inconvenient.

The people at the pickup location were extremely rude. This tool rental business is giving u-haul a bad name in this town.

It was upsetting that I had to go to this location to get the uhaul. I am a single person and it was hard to get someone to pick up the uhaul and it had not been cleaned out.

When picking up a truck/ rental, relying on GPS when the business gates are closed for the day made the pick-up very difficult. I had to call and have the pick up time changed multiple times in an effort to be on-site and then call customer service to verify my location and the reservation. The call center, overall, was very helpful; however, if there is a way to broaden the area for the store location, I believe that would be very helpful. This site is a newer business to our area- the owners were very helpful, the equipment was ready and clean- if needed in the future I will use this location again.

I was told that the truckdidnt have to be turned in until 4. PM. It was turned in at 12:19. Got charged for an extra day. NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL.

The technician seemed to know what he was doing with all the equipment, however, the actual u-haul software to place the order wasn't intuitive and he had to try doing it on his phone and on the computer. He called tech support, but he was impatient and hanged the phone up after 3 or 4 minutes--then he tried his computer again. A coworker came back from break to help the next customer, but he was locked out of the computer for 20 minutes because he had entered his password wrong too many times. My tech eventually called support back and got through in about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, he fielded other customers questions, and helped his coworker out. It seems there was an issue with the software glitching--not adding on the additional insurance.

We had issues with the service because although I paid for the truck in full at the time of the reservation for pickup in Colorado Springs, I was notified 48 hours prior to the pickup that the truck was not available for pickup in Colorado Springs but we would have to drive to Pueblo, Colorado. We were offered an extra day to return the truck and no cost for the extra gas mileage due to the further commute the gas accommodation was not provided. Because I was not to person that picked up the truck but the person that made and paid for the reservation, I was not aware that the accommodation was not provided until after the fact.

U-Haul, like any business, is a balance of cost and performance. Cost/performance are well balanced right now, I really don't see a need to change the formula. Maybe work on the software that is still a bit flaky.

Their internet was not working properly so it took 50 minutes to get the paperwork done. We needed to help them hook the trailer to the truck because the guy was not strong enough to do it himself. The trailer door keep sticking when you put it up or down. There were no rails which accommodated standard tie down straps. They told us we were renting the trailer until 6pm the following day then called us a 7:30 am the next day to ask why we had not returned the trailer. The paperwork they finally gave us was too small to read without a magnifying glass.

I reserved a trailer online. I received two emails from Uhaul regarding next steps in the process. Therefore, I was expecting a phone call from a Uhaul representative the day before to confirm the pickup location per the information from the email. I did not receive one. The staff at my "preferred location" did not have record of my reservation, so I had to contact Uhaul to find out. When I called Uhaul customer service, the representative gave me a different pickup location than my preferred location. Then, the customer service representative placed me on hold for 20 minutes to confirm the information. I finally hung up and called the location the representative told me she thought I needed to pick up the equipment at. This should not have been such a difficult process. My main question to both Uhaul customer service and the rental place was: How was I supposed to know the location for pickup changed if I wasn't notified? I barely got an apology. Don't send an email to customers and then not follow through as is your policy.

The bill was where I felt was incorrect. From my understanding we were charged an extra 30.00 for 3 gallons of fuel. If you ask me that is utterly ridiculous.

There was a lady in there named Mary who was incredibly rude when I came in, she looked at me (after waiting 10 minutes) and said "what do you want?" in a very rude manner. I think she was mad I interrupted her convo with her boyfriend, and then she couldn't even help me! A polite young man came and helped me and seemed to know what he was doing very well, he was the polar opposite of her lol. Other than Mary it was a great experience.

This was the four time that the reservation did no good!!! Item was not available when I got there to pickup. Had to go to different place and find one. Your "traffic" system sucks. I was on road before contract transferred.

I dropped the trailer off June 16th before 12pm no one was present the office was closed on Saturday before 12pm I got charged for 2 extra days when my trailer rental was turned in on time!

There was a lady in there when I got there with two small children, she had made a reservation at a wrong location. The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful and the woman left crying.They signed me up for a car dolly and when we went outside to hook it up it was missing a tailamp. On a better note the drop off location in Wellington Ks was great!!!
