RICHIE TThe lights on the trailer didn't work. Wasn't an issue for me, but would be for others. I don't blame the rental facility, as the trailer was tagged from another state.

shawn ni was tolled i was getting a car dolly and ended up paying 80 dollars for a car hauler trailer because the person had no clue what she was doing and i had to repeat myself multiple times and she still messed it up
BLAINE HCompany needs to ease up on it's gas in the tank policy. There are plenty of more important things in life than how much gas is left in the tank at the end of a trip. The last thing a person wants to do after a move that includes hauling a load of stuff big enough you need a truck is go to the gas station and refuel. If it's that important just roll it into the rental price. If I can avoid it I'll never rent a uHaul again.
Matthew KFortunately, called drop off location day before the move. They were no longer associated with UHaul. Had to wait forever on hold to find a new drop off location. UHaul was not even aware this was no longer a drop off location. Will NOT use UHaul or ever recommend it.
Anne WFirstly, the rental was called in all the additional information was called in and when the driver got there, none of it was on file. The driver had to wait an additional 45 minutes! Paperwork and additional typing when it was already done. They didn't call to tell me that the locations had changed and I was charged extra mileage, which I wasn't planning on paying, which I think is wrong! It was only supposed to be from Lowville and not from Carthage to begin with. I'm not very happy. I went on line and changed my name and told the girl my last name and it never showed up on the invoice. But you got my email correct to send me the invoice!
Carla BThe power steering went and the transmission keep slipping so we had to drive for 4 hrs with no power steering and couldn't drive over 50mph not very happy at all we should get out money back for this uhaul

Joyce LI was originally supposed to pick up the trailer in Lowville but on my way to pick it up, they called me and told me they had no trailers and didn't know why Uhaul had assigned me there. The main Uhaul office quickly found me another location but it was another 25 minutes away so we ended up over an hour behind schedule. Uhaul explained that someone was supposed to have dropped off a trailer but they ended up dropping it somewhere else. Hard to tell if that was true or a handy excuse.
Robert JThis was not my original pick up location. I didn't find out the location had been switched until I showed up at the initial location. This caused a several hour delay in my trip. I am not pleased with this U-haul experience.
James P$29.99 turned into over $200. Surprise!! We only chose this location due to 24-hour drop off to save being charge additional days over the weekend - what a disaster. Even after we explained on three separate occasions what we were doing and where we were traveling, they applied .99/mileage instead of an over the weekend rate which would have been less expensive.

Camryn HMy drop off location was changed without my knowing. Partially as a result I was late returning and was charged another day. I likely would have been past the drip off time but within an hour and likely within an unofficial grace period. This change made me closer to two hours late.
