The trucks as a loud POS. Sounded like the transmission was going to blow anytime and it never shifted a gear. Made some loud noise every time you gassed it. Unpleasant to drive.Jennifer S.

They didn't have the furniture dolly that I reserved with the truck. Consequently, I had to go buy one for $32 at a hardware store. They also claimed the gas gauge was on full. It was not. It was closer to 3/4 full & I had to replace all the gas to full on return. I doubt I'll use this place again. Very unsatisfied.Debra R.

I paid for 50 miles and only used 19. I asked when I would get a refund after 2 weeks and the Shell store where I got it said they don't refund for unused mileage and I needed to call Uhaul customer service. When I called uhaul customer service, she said she would look into it and then put me on hold for over 45 minutes. Then the call disconnected. I will not be using Uhaul again and will certainly share the experience on multiple platformsAaron R.
inside the truck was dirty and smelled really bad inside like smoke and like BO. Hard to explain the odor. allergic to cigarette smoke and could feel my throat swelling after a couple hours. It is totally my fault for not asking to change the truck before I left but I was in a hurry. Had to spray air cleaner to be able to stay in the truck. The people at the location are the best. Friendly, kind, attentive, polite and timely. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to help. I would use this location for uhaul needs again without a blink of an eye.. It is my fault also for not asking to change the van but i was in a hurry to get to an appt. The people are why I come there and I love the van option.Colleen C.
Service-Excellent, Friendly staff, went over and beyond to help me. Van- Broom clean, No evidence of being sanitized or wiped down, new van so it is beautiful inside & out. Brake light warning came on, saying Replace Brakes Now.. I took the truck back immediately and didn't get to pick up my deck wood. It was raining and I didn't want to take a chance. All said and done, I would refer this store and use them myself again for Uhaul rental needs without a doubt. Store very clean, bathrooms very clean, people very kind, nice and showed concern for my situation. .Colleen C.

The staff was excellent. Easy pick up and drop off. Good location. The truck itself was serviceable. The truck had several issues... the check engine light and the tpms light stayed on the whole rental. The passenger side view mirror was broken and would not stay in place making it difficult to operate the truck safely.Jeffry P.

I would not recommend this location to a friendly anyone, the sales man was so rude and acted as if he didn't want to assist me whatsoever. Also I ordered a 9 foot cargo truck but he gave me a 7 foot van. I'm not an expert in sizes of trucks but I realized when the item I went to go pick didn't fit in the van. It was a total waste of my time because I didn't get to pick up what I needed since the size of the truck was incorrect. Bad customer service, not welcoming, & very unprofessional.Denzell S.

The price can be misleading because online it says 1995 for the day and then 100 miles is added on at $.59 a mile which actually takes you to $100 Per day. Overall very good experience and excellent customer service from the gentleman in the gas stationSusan L.

the back of truck was not swept out and the dolly was just thrown in not strapped down. i went to get in the truck and an old mask was on the middle seat ( used ). was not happy about that at all...so tells me truck was not sanitized after last use..ðŸ‘ŽCarl M.

We rent a truck every Tuesday to pick up food for our food pantry. It would be great if I could reserve the truck a months at a time rather than going on every week to do a rental. Also, trucks seem to need some work. Steering is loose & breaks very touchy.Denise D.

Be more receptive to you customer. I felt rushed and disregarded when picking up and dropping of my vehicle. The vehicle wasn't the worst condition but it wasn't the cleanest. I reserved with the application and planned to do the same when I dropped it off but, I was literally pushed out of the way upon returning.DAVID B.
