When we went to pick up our truck, we were doing the mobile check-in because it was before hours of the location. The website said my â€œexpress online check-inâ€ was already completed, and there was no way to pick up my truck. No information on truck #, how to get key, nothing. I then had to call the 1-800-UHAUL number, waited 30 minutes until I was able to talk with someone , in which I was greeted by a customer service representative that helped me get my truck but expressed no interest when I told them I was frustrated so far with my experience with UHAUL. Because the prior day I received a call saying my U-HAUL had been double booked, and they needed to push my time back. I scheduled my U-HAUL at least a week in advance, and they didn't tell me until the day before that my time didn't work. Then they called me 5 minutes later saying no worries you can pick it up at the same time we figured it out. What did they figure out in 5 mins? When we dropped the truck off, we were trying to safely park the uhaul back into the same exact spot we found it in, and another truck pulled behind us and restricted our ability to back-up and the woman in the office yelled over to us that â€œhe was trying to get to his businessâ€ referring to the storage units at this location. We got the truck backed safely into the parking spot despite the small over crowded parking lot. Overall both the person who helped me via the customer service line and the woman in the office at the location, were not polite nor expressed any empathy when I told them of my frustrations. I know technology doesn't always work the best and it's not technically either of the representatives problem, it's still good customer service to acknowledge the customers frustrations and let that person know what you are doing to make their experience better. Im giving my experience 2 stars mainly because the truck was clean and in good condition. Loses 3 stars for lack of good customer service. Representatives could've handled the situation way better.Riley C.

The only thing I was concerned with was the door didn't lock at all. I was worried someone would come through and open it up over night because we loaded it to move first thing the next morning. Otherwise, it was amazing.Ryan D.

I would not recommend this location because U-Haul thinks it's located way North of where it's located. U-Haul gave me a phony address at which to turn in the truck. It's a good thing I called the phone number for this business or I would have ended up dropping off the truck in some office complex way North of the actual address.Michael F.
The trailer was clean, tires were good and the overall appearance was satisfactory. However, we drove through rain before unloading our cargo and found that the roller door on the back had allowed water to leak into the trailer along the floor. Some of our cardboard boxes were wet but the contents did not appear to be damaged. I would recommend replacing the door seal on a scheduled maintenance interval.David U.

Price is way to high. The stickers for damage came off. No one at the place to check the truck when you drop off. I was told one price on the phone making the reservation and it more than doubled when I picked the truck up.Tiffany E.
The mobile pickup was a nightmare. I set up to have my truck at 9 and couldn't get it to work and waited on the phone until the location opened. An hour after my movers were scheduled to help load and unload cost me more than the mealy $25 credit I was issued for the hour delay. The first two reps refused to help even when I asked to just have my reservation sent to a location that was opened at 9 so I could prevent an hour delayJessie W.

Uhaul is an abysmal company. Rhis is my second rental I've done and the second time I've been misinformed, given terrible and poorly maintained equipment, and mislead consistently by either rip off artists or poorly trained staff. The first time I rented it took TWO WEEKS for my held funds to com back to me (they say it's the bank not then but my bank assured me it's a common problem and not them). Only after bugging them constantly did I get my money back. This time the first lady at the uhaul dealer told me that to do a cash deposit it was 100 dollars up front then remaining balance at the drop off. The second lady said no that's wrong she needs retrained, how it actually works is you give us the full amount PLUS 100 dollars and when you get to your destination they give you back your deposit in cash. Well come to find out when you arrive they domt give you cash. They write you a check to send you. Well guess what. I'm moving and dont have a valid mailing address any more. So I'm out 100 bucks that we actually really needed. Also the truck ran terribly. Shifted terribly. Reved all the way to the red line every time you come to a stop. The power brakes and steering made AWFUL noises. No. Terrible experience. This is the LAST time I will use uhaul. They dont call it "U-Hellc for no reason.Jeffrey H.
