The truck was really dirty and had to be cleaned before we put our stuff in there. They did NOT add the furniture dolly and we had to go and rent on in order to move our furniture. The lady was multitasking and did not finish our order so we could leave before starting another order. The truck did the job nicely, however.

I reserved a 3pm pickup time online. No one was there at 3 to help me. I had to return at 430 pm. I reserved a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly, but instead of getting a furniture dolly, I got a utility dolly. Which was useless to me, so I'm annoyed I paid for something I needed and didn't get.

Pick better locations and stop nickel and diming everyone. I was overcharged for mileage.

Difficult hours. Never did meet the business operator. Got a call two days later from Eugene office basically telling me it’s delivery on time wasn’t reported- they thor I still had the truck, 2 days late by contract. Not so much.
