There was a lot of confusion picking up the uhaul from this location.
Kim H.Before booking I make sure the location is open. Upon arrival it was closed both Saturday and Sunday after calling customer service to figure things out. I didn't receive an email stating where the actual pick up location was. Even then the inside was still dirty and had trash inside

Melinda F.Uhaul says it has 24/7 drop off at this location and that is not true. There was no code to scan and end up wasting another 2 hours on 800 number with uhaul trying to get a new location because uhaul couldn't locate another place accepting trucks. I want a partial refund. Uhaul cost between pickup location and drop off location, an entire day extra in moving. Some location should be removed from being a uhaul location.

charles S.No one was there at my rental time. He did offer help, but didn't leave the office. When I loaded my car onto the car dolly, the swivel plate for the car's tires was frozen in place at a sideways angle, due to never being greased at the pivot point. The taillights also did not work. I messaged roadside assistance, & she was too ignorant to see what was wrong from the pictures - she wanted to see the DOLLY'S tires. She FINALLY showed the pics to the mechanic who recognized the problem. Instead of sending help, I had to go swap the dolly at a different location. 22 hours later, I received a text that roadside assistance was 160 minutes away. It was a terrible experience in a terrible storm. I was partially compensated for my trouble, & was satisfied with the amount - however, a manager was SUPPOSED to *call* me, but didn't.

But when I first requested the equipment I was told it was a $75 dollar deposit and my actual total was around $45-$48 and that when I returned the equipment I was to receive $25 back and I haven't. I have emailed and they said they know nothing of what I'm talking about. Please be careful renting Uhaul in searcy
