They did not do anything to maintain my contract. I called & spoke to Nick earlier in the day to inform him that I would not arrive prior to the sites 6pm closing. He did leave the keys in the truck but when I tried to pickup using the App I couldn't, plus the truck was only 1/4 full. I had to call cut service & set up my pick since my previous reservation cancelled at 6pm. Upon getting the truck I had to fill it to have gas to go anywhere. I returned the truck over half full but was not offered a credit. I know if it was the other way around you would be charging some inflated price. The truck is pretty old so it was a little unstable but I was able to do the job needed. I did not use roadside assistance so I am not sure why you have those questions below.rosario G.

I was told i could return my uhaul past 8pm and not be charged for an extra day- yet they overcharged me anyways. I would like to be refunded for the extra day, as i only used the uhaul for around 11-12 hours. Not for 2 days worth...candice H.

The drop box picture does not match reality. They use an exhaust hole for the drop off, not a Pole with an Orange Box like the instructions showed.Gilbert M.

This location was a bit confusing as drop-off location; I went there after hours and wasn't really sure what to do. Maybe post a sign or something as to drop-off instructions. Also, there were no trucks there so it was a little confusing if I was even in the right place, although there was a U-Haul sign posted on the building.Douglas R.

The key was supposed to be under the ashtray/flower pot to left of enterence but wasn't there. After searching for key for almost 30 minuets around building finely found inside truck.Aelian K.

The only issue on cleanliness of the unit was that the cup holders had some type of clear liquid in them. So I didn't feel comfortable using them. The online service when I was trying to return the unit late at night was very difficult to get online, then it keep saying there was an error when submitted.Gwen M P.

The dolly/hand truck I reserved was not on the truck. We were told one was not available at this location and that we would have to drive to another store to get one. I believe the contract said we were to receive a partial refund if all equipment was not on site. No compensation was offered, nor was the proprietor apologetic.Brenda S.

First, when I called to confirm my rental pickup time I was told that the truck I reserved was not there and it was delivered to another location. The employee didn't know what location and gave me a number to call. He was not sympathetic at all and hung up when I inquired about why the truck had been delivered to another location. I understand that it was not his doing but he could have done a better job at how he handled the situation.Alfreda F.

When renting a truck locally you need to return it to the same location you picked it up from or it will cost you $100. While the store where I picked it up from tried to warn me about my drop off location over charging for mileage, to be careful, he fail to disclose that important information. Called the field manager,left a message received no call back. Something that would have cost me $55.00 cost me $150.00 for 5 miles. Not happy, very disappointed, will definitely will use another moving service in future.Tiffany M.
The trucks sun visor was broken and would fall down in the drivers face, not safe. Also the passenger side rear view mirror was loose and could not hold it's adjustment.Michael W.

This particular truck had two problems. The first and most concerning is the ignition switch. It took many tries to unlock the column. Success seemed to rest upon some combination of pressing the brake, moving the steering wheel around and around, taking the key out, putting it back in and finally the lock would allow me to start the vehicle. The second problem less important but annoying is the drivers visor is unanchored so it swings with movement of the truck and it will not stay up thus hitting me in the head and blocking my vision. Other than these two items, the truck was local, not a lot of driving and did its job well.Levis W.

We ordered a 20' truck on Aug 24 thinking that would be plenty of time for a Sept 12 move but tUHaul subbed a 26' truck. Even though we were only charged for 20' truck - 6' makes a big difference but my guys Dale and Jonathan handled it with ease. When do we need to order in order to get the size we want?DALE P.

I find it totally amazing to be able to rent a vehicle at such an incredibly reasonable cost in order to get a very difficult job done. U-Haul makes it so much easier & convenient not to mention how inexpensive it is. My grandson suggested using U-Haul & I'm so glad we did.sharon M.
