One of the tie-down points was not there, so I had to tie down my bike to the wooden points on the sidewalls. It pulled out and my bike was leaning on the side. Exchange in Florida was awesome. Also I still have not received my refund yet, as I turned the trailer in several days early!!MIKE K.

The app for 24/7 pick up was awful! not user friendly at all! i was not able to make the photos bigger to see them clearly. I was not told we had to give out other peoples information! why did it need another persons phone number for us to rent a truck? we we supposed to pick up at a closer locaton (that was oopen!). Why could the truck not be where the website said it would be? not at all pleased with our renting experience! while i know this feedback isnt about the location, I think that U haul should know that their app sucks! my husband has said that we will not be renting form uhaul again.Edward M.

There was a sign on the door due to the coronavirus no one was in the office, so I just dropped of the key in the key boxEdward C.
I called 5 times in order to get in contact with somebody that could actually help. Then I believe it was Michael the manager that finally helped me after one of his employees got me in touch with him so I appreciate that. But two Spanish women I got in contact with at the 800 number when I called at 3:06pm the day I rented once they put me on hold for 15 minutes the call somehow came off hold and I heard them complaining very aggressively about a customer that said they better fucking fix the problem or they were going to sue the companyâ€ and they started swearing and a bunch of other inappropriate work behavior and way to talk about customers I overheard. I don't care much about that... BUT they fucking hung up on me once they noticed I was still on the line. That's what pissed me off and is giving the bad rating. That is ridiculous that I got put on hold for 15 minutes for their ridiculous fucking gossip. Completely unacceptable after spending money at a business. I don't appreciate it whatsoever. Took me from 1:30pm till 4pm to actually get the trailer I needed because you guys were no help till I reached the one lady and Michael who helped me. So thank you to Michael and the lady he works with. But a big fuck you to the lady who hung up on medaniel W.

The person who â€œhandles the UHaulsâ€ was not in the office. The person behind the counter was very nice, and tried to be helpful, but was unsure of what to do. I had to wait for a phone call from the other person in order to complete the transactionDeborah M.
Only problem was there was no light plug cord extension to plug light into my suv. I had to go to tractor supply to buy one as the U-Haul dealer I rented the trailer from dis not have one of the trailer plug light extensionRobert R.
24/7 service very disorganized on the phone with U-Haul for an hour trying to get code for key. Location changed day before from Fulton to Oswego which was further away. Overall truck in good condition mattress and box spring wet after drive home. Overall not a good experience Used to a different type of service from U-Haulrebecca M.
