This equipment had a seal that allowed water to get into the trailer causing some items to get wet and making the floor trecherous for unloading. I don't think the provider could have known it. I notified the drop off provider and hopefully it was fixed for the next person. Otherwise, all went well with the rental. It was easy to haul.

I want to comment on U-Haul in general. I would say it is not right for U-Haul to automatically charge me for 2 days based on a 308 mile trip. I picked up the auto transport trailer Saturday morning and was at my destination by Saturday evening. I should only have been charged for 1 day. Hats off to U-Haul for gouging the working man.

I reserved the trailer in advance. When I arrived the agent was checking out another customer. When it was my turn she had all my paperwork ready and only needed a few questions answered by me and my credit card. The transaction was smooth and professional

On March 26, 2015 received a call to confirm my reservation from Uhaul. My destination of pick up was unavailable and i was booked at another Uhaul location in Calico Rock that is an extra 30 minute drive for my pick up. The next day on March 27, 2015 Uhaul left a message for me that i would have to pick up the Uhaul in yet another city MT. View that was an extra hour drive from the previous city. Uhaul said that i would be compensated by a 15% discount for travailing to this location. I called back that day to speak with Misty/Missy about this change and she told me i was still picking up in the previously booked destination Calico Rock and would still receive a 15% discount for the inconvenience. A few minutes later i got a call back from the same lady saying that i had to go to Mt. View to pick up the Uhaul. I told her that i was on a time constraint and that this would not be possible as i was going to loose 3 plus hours out of my day. She told me that because i would not switch to this other city MT. View that i would not get the 15% discount event though she had promised it to me and that she was sending me to another city to try and put business into this new location. Having no other choice i said OK and that i will pick up at Calico Rock as i couldn't afford to loose 3 plus hours out of my day. when i arrived to Calico rock on March 28 2015 to pick up the Uhaul the lady there was very slow and in no hurry to get things going so i could get my Uhaul ready to leave. it took 45 minuets to get the Uhaul and trailer ready to go and i was the only one there to pick up a Uhaul. before i left I reminded the lady i reserved a appliance dolly also on line. When i got to my house with the Uhaul and got ready to load up i noticed i had not received the dolly on the truck. I had to drive back to the store to pick up the dolly. When i got to the store they had no appliance dolly's only furniture dolly's. I was given a furniture dolly to move all my things with and wasn't compensated for the difference in price. I don't think i will EVER use Uhaul again after my horrific experience.

They went out of their way to get us in the truck we rented. They were closed for the holidays but opened just so we could get our truck and get us on the road. Fantastic new U-Haul dealers!!!
