Alex RUnit was clean, but I would be embarrassed to rent this unit to anyone. Driver side door seal leaks, massive, exhaust, gas, leak into the cab, drivers window leaks. Large model, wind, noise, when driving truck, steering seems extremely loose. Radio resets every time you turn the key off. interior lights in the box on one of them works. None of these defects take away from the fact that if you want excellent service, use White Pigeon storage

Andrew CThe site owner was helpful but had to correct U-Haul’s mistake. I ordered a one way truck but U-Haul reserved a local truck. Which caused my credit card to be double charged. I am currently waiting for my card to be reimbursed. U-Haul’s app did not work for picking up the truck before business hours.

GREGG RThe agent did the appropriate checks and noticed a light wasn’t working properly. We discovered that neither of the brake/tail lights were completely plugged in and the wiring was too short to fully plug in. She noted the issue and we were able to get the plugs secured enough into the socket so the trailer could be safely used.
eric wWhen I picked my uhaul up I took photos but it would only let me upload 1 for some reason. The inside of the truck was very dirty with cigarette ashes on the windows and floors, the entire interior smelled as if someone dumped a whole bottle of cologne and there was ALOT of blood in the back. Obviously the vehicle was never cleaned. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH RHIS RENTAL.

David MTruck had a blown fuse and was a huge hassle when I went to pick up the trailer and box to haul for uhaul. Rear right blinker, 4 ways, and brake on trailer didn’t work due to fuse. My dad and I helped replace the fuse and lost over an hour of drive time. Also the interior of the truck was dirty when picked up.
Cody TLocation was great for our need. Easy access on and off main road. Gas station very close by for easy refueling.

BRUCE ATruck was very outdated with 171,000 miles on it. it was the older GMC version of the 26FT truck. It rode horrible.

David MThe rep was cordial and informative. I would strongly recommend retiring or updating the truck. My driver who was a truck driver said the brakes needed adjusting, no power steering made the load difficult to handle in backing up.

Brad WUhaul 24/7 customer service is terrible! My rental was not at the location it was suppose to be at, when I finally got someone thru chat or on the phone I was hung up on or passed to someone else! I ended up canceling my uhaul. Waited till the mini storage was open to deal with a person they were helpful but didn't specify a return time which I figured was the time I picked up the truck however was charged an extra day.... what a mess I hope to not ever have to go thru that again. Made an already hard time even worse!
Rachel IThe equipment was clean. However, once I loaded my vehicle on the trailer, I discovered a slow leak in one of the tires. The weight of the vehicle caused the tire to go flat. I had to plug the tire before I could use the equipment.

RANDY LU-Haul over-the-phone booking and reservations need more customer service training, they were horrendous.
JAMIE RHad to move to this location from the original pick up at the Constantine location down the road due to the key box lock being completely frozen. I would recommend using a different method of a combination lock of some sort.
