Truck share was not working. Someone at corporate gsve it away. Wasted a hour of my day, and some of my gas. Corporate didn't care seemed like normal business to them.

Proper trailer maintenance. Trailer axle came off trailer. 26 hour delay to get replacement and was going to be charged another day usage.

This was the first time that I have rented a truck from U-Haul. Overall experience was excellent great customer service and even upgraded my vehicle at no charge. Would like to see some better promotional rates for long distance rental Other than that this location is a five star in my boooks 👍

I was told to ho0ok up a trailer that was not to be used and later told by text message to make sure I check the licence plate for a different trailer. I( showed that to the employee who offered his appology and hokked up the right trailer. The second trailer was much better and at the same price. Nice touch.

Tammy and Cyl are very personable. They know what they're talking about and once I was in their care everything went smoothly. I'll admit I was extremely upset by the time we arrived there due to the incompetence of the other store and they were both very calm and reassuring. They're super friendly and definitely changed my mind about not using U-Haul again. Thank you ladies!

Over charged for distance driven

I have been overcharged by 45$ Car was full of roof shingles and they told me I left all this garbage there. I rented pick up truck and trailer as a combination and they charged me extra for the connecting piece. I returned car much earlier but price was never adjusted. When I come to drop off car there was no one in the office for 15 minutes. They Never pick up the phone. All parking area is not cleaned from snow and very hard to drive there. Leave alone to park pick up truck with 12’ trailer. The only I should say big thank you to the young man who helped us with attaching trailer and pick up of the truck. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us at the time of pick up.

The trailer was full of snow when we arrived we had to ask for a shovel to remove the snow ourselves. Also one side of the running lights was not working 100% but the guy shrugged it off because the other side was working . The lady at the desk insisted we needed the app to check our trailer back in after hours. We sat in the parking lot using 2 phones trying to use the app which never wants to load and then finally decided let's try the website which also worked just fine for returning a trailer. It was just a waste of time and stress after a long day when she told us we needed to do it on the app. The website worked much better .

The Whimsical Emporium Barrie Uhaul dealer is amazing! Their location is very convenient, and they return phone call promptly. Cyl, and all the people I delt with were helpful, courteous, knowledgable, efficient and made every effort possible to make the rental easy. I have finally found a uhaul dealer that I will continue to use, as this place is the best I have found! Thank you, Cyl for helping us out and ensuring that everything was seamless and pain free . Tammy was real nice and friendly, and was helpful in assuring me that a truck would be available for pick up. Which it was. The only issue I has was when we had to drop it off, I called the number suggested and got no reply. It was after hours on new years eve, so that was expected I guess. We were looking for a big location like the one on Essa in Barrie, but there was a small sign in the window and absolutely no trucks visible, so we finally found the drop box off in the back of the building. I was then called by a rep at Hasty Martketthe next morning asking when it would be dropped off. So just a little mix up but otherwise a great experience. Thank you I will highly recommend the Service In Barrie, Essa Location. OVERALL. an A rating

I rented a trailer and it was in very bad condition and it was shaking the entire car once i was presin brakes... and plus I got $20 charged for after hours service fees.. there was no buddy to help me and i did everything my self, then still I got charged. Very unhappy with this place..

Inside Cargo is not cleaned. When I opened backside dock door, that was bad surprise for me. Full of messy and dust in the steel surface. Please try clean before send it to another family.

The counter person was very pleasant and professional. She missed telling me I would get a text for a pre check. Just an over sight I’m sure. The vans fuel was not full when I started it. I thought that would have been caught by the last customers check in. I ended up putting in over $23.00 of gas in it which was much more than I used. Overall, the office set up and the service rep was much better than the last time I used this location. I will used this location again. Good job.
