The truck was very dirty externally, not a big deal since I used the inside, but bad appearance to a customer since if the exterior isn't maintained what else might no be maintained.

Ordered the equipment at the last minute the night before using the Online App. Received confirmation within minutes from U-Haul and information was readily available to the staff. We fully plan on using U-Haul at this location in the future.

Truck leaked transmission fluid on my brand new driveway!! Brand new house. Not happy about this.

I requested to pick up a truck at a different location closer to where I needed it. I was sent here for the truck, this added an additional 30 miles to my requirement. I should be charged from the location I requested to pick up the vehicle. If this happens again I will not use your service.

The office is pretty junky compared to most u-haul locations. The trailers are in a snow covered lot around back of the building. I had to use 4-wheel drive to drive in the lot to maneuver to hookup. I think a women would be very uneasy going to the trailer lot as it is pretty secluded. The utility trailer was full of snow. When I returned the trailer (during business hours) I had to unhook the trailer myself which is not what I have experienced with other u-haul locations.

No one was working at the location. I had issues with my reservation from an incorrect in the Uhaul system that took an hour to resolve over the phone. The person on the phone was very friendly and great but the additional time put my move schedule that day at risk. Having someone working at the location rather than a drop-box with the key would have been better.

We never had a dolly in our truck even though we rented one. Luckily our movers brought a dolly but we rented and paid for one we never got to use.

replace the main headlight switch, the plastic knob is broken off so the dome lights could not be turn on in load area of the truck. otherwise were totally pleased with the service from this uhaul service agent . Thanks Rick.

I was initially told that I was unable to tow using my vehicle from this location. I went to a different uhaul for a second opinion and they agreed I was able to tow and made the reservation. On the day of the tow, the second uhaul didn't have the equipment and I had to return to the first uhaul where I was again told I was unable to tow using my vehicle. When he finally agreed that my car was AWD he started entering my information (which needed to be metered 5 times). After the third time,he stopped asking and just typed in generic information (addresses, license #, etc). It was just about am hour before I was able to get out of there.

I will never use that location again they just have ruined my whole day and the check in instructions were not clear for returning the truck and now I'm looking at an additional $20 charge because it was and explained to me that I needed to check my truck back in on my phone the as a matter of fact the guy told my son just to drop the keys in the Dropbox and that's what we did.

I routinely rent from UHaul at this location when I have truck rental needs. Good customer service and contains everything you need to purchase in one location.

We did not get to use the van because we weren't allowed to have it for 24 hours. We paid for 24 hours but were told it had to be back early. So we had gotten the van loaded but because the attendant required it to be back 2 and a half hours early we had to unload the van and take it back wtihout being able to transport anything. A complete ripoff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The location is good, the equipment clean, the customer service beyond lousy. Not even worth one star.

I borrowed a truck and a tow dolly. I have never used them before. I was told to pull into the trailer and once on to “go ahead and throw it in park just never put the emergency brake on” well I drove from COS to Phoenix with my Nissan Pathfinder in park and completely destroyed the rear differential. To have a shop fix it is about $3000.

I had to change my reservation a couple times but Rick was totally understanding and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this location for U Haul rental

Mr. Parrish treated us like we were bothering him. The car hauler we rented was parked within inches of a tree - impossible to extract hitched to a moving van. Mr. Parrish finally got behind the wheel and just crashed the trailer into the tree and dragged it past. Trailer was damaged and tires were scraped. When loading car, the hauler wasn’t ready. Tire straps didn’t match. Trailer ramps weren’t completely pulled out, making ramp very steep. Driving on the second time, (straps had to be fixed) the car bottomed our, snapping off exterior door trim. Later that night, trailer blew a tire on the side he’d crashed into the tree. Roadside assistance took nearly three hours to get tire replaced. When we returned the trailer, the attendant discovered that the front chain was never connected over the axle to secure the car. Absolute disaster. I’ll never rent a trailer or car hauler from U-Haul again.

First 4x8 trailer had bald tires with metal from inside tire exposed. I didn’t notice it because the trailer was covered in snow. After loading the trailer...I was trying to beat a snow storm....my son had come home from work and inspected the trailer, noticing the condition of the tires. I had to unload the trailer, drive back to exchange the trailer for a new one, which proceeded to make it too late to beat the incoming storm. I ended up being a day late to my new location. Inspect your trucks/trailers. This was a miserable experience.

I was told that I had 3 days but when I returned the truck on the 3rd day my paperwork said 2 days. The person Rick at my drop off gave me a number to call someone named Eddie. I called and got voicemail and left a message and never got a call back. So basically uhaul stole $40 from me with that bullshit. I will be making a review on Google if I don't get my money back. It's rude to not return a call.

Clean the vehicle inside and out (empty diet soda bottle left in glove box). Mileage was incorrect on the paperwork (read as over 160000 on contract; actual mileage just over 40000 on odometer). Unmarked damage to truck. Needs more attention to detail.

Our reservation was for a 8:00 am pick up. No one inform us that the truck scheduled for our move broke down until we showed up at 8:00 am on Saturday morning. Next available truck was 9:30 am delaying our moving plans.

I would recommend that when you make a confirmation call you stick with that location. I was rerouted to 3 other locations before picking up at WheelzanDealz. This caused undo stress.

We made a mistake and left the lights on after turning in the keys. The representative was nothing but kind to us when I called to explain what happened and assured me to not worry about it. It made my day after having a stressful move! Will definitely recommend and use their services in the future. :)

I don't if it the computer or the software used at this location but this is the second time I have been there where the computer is less than useful. That said Rick worked around it and got me out the door in a timely manner. Uhaul might consider doing a lease back on computers/printers to operators so this hardware keeps up with needs of the software.

They were not friendly at all. I was estimated $121 with 80 miles and was charged $199. I got over charged for a second day and i only used 64 miles. I called and they said they would fix it. I had another charge on top of it for $77. And now I only have a credit for $29. I will never use U-Haul again.

Truck was very unclean and damaged. The inside smelled like someone was smoking in it. I’m glad I only needed it for a couple hours and not to go across states with! It may have just been an older vehicle or someone else before me just abused it. The manager was very helpful though and generally enjoyed the experience.
