When someone rents an appliance dolly they should get one. We were given a little box hand truck. Nearly impossoble to move a large refrigerator with.

Location has little to no cell service, which is terrible when trying to rent through the mobile app. Various vehicle fluid spills and trash all over rental site area. Rental trucks parked too close together to take proper photos.

When we set up the reservation we scheduled it for pick up in Salem Indiana well The day before the date they notify us we have to drive to jeffersonville Indiana a hour away And PAY for the extra 90 miles we didn't intend on paying! And the app Didn't when we picked up with truck Or dropped it off. We will just use our own trucks next time. The place we picked it up From was in a ghettoish indrustrial area
