I was charged over for gas plus the miles as well. I only drove for 21 miles and the i did put the gas more than i got when i bought it. The guy told me the money is just for hold but we ended up paying more than the hold price. This is fraud. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone. Worst service by the shop vendor as well. They told us to call the customer service but even the lady who picked up the call didn't help us and was rude to us.Awsafhusain A.

U-Haul sent text to do things when I picked up the truck and again wanted me to do something on line when returning, but neither time worked. The first wouldn't open at all and at the end it couldn't find my contract and gave me no way to enter it manually. Not a problem with either location but electronic monitoring simply DID NOT WORK.Claire W.

When I picked up the vehicle, the staff member noted how much fuel the gas gauge showed and for me to ensure I bring it back the same. After using the vehicle for 13 kms, I put 6.672 liters of gas in the tank and returned it to the location. Upon receipt on my invoice and subsequent charge to my card, there was added fuel charge for 10 liters more at $1.80/ltr. So the calculation for 16.672 liters for 13 kilometers is 123.5 liters/100 Kilometers. Is that really the fuel consumption for this vehicle?GARY S.

Of all the uhall experiences I've had this one was the best the team was very helpful, and pleasant. The vehicle was in excellent shape and spotless. the van was parked in a tight spit. I had difficulty entering the vehicle. there were two warning messages on the dashboard, one for an oil change and the other for a low tire. We found the previous renter's contract on the dash as well as a used mask in the door. I use UHaul often and have never had a less cared for vehicle.NANCY C F.

I have never felt the need to write a review before but if I could rate this negative 5 stars I would. Drop off location changed even though it was guaranteed. Truck moved to a downhill slope so the tank showed full. Did not have the extra equipment I rented Upon Drop off the person refused the truck and screamed at us and kicked us out of his establishment. The only saving grace was the customer service rep I spoke to was nice.KORNEL T.

The woman at the counter was extremely friendly and much like the check out of the truck the return was even easier. Parked it along the side and she took care of the rest. Handed the key and since paying with credit card I was able to leave right away as my receipt was emailed to me. Highly suggest mobile pick ups and drop offs and this location for drop off if you're in the Cambridge area. It's a quiet industrial area inside of a tire shop and very clean.Jennifer C.

Not the locations fault but when I originally booked I booked for 12 hours and they had me booked for 8 hours with someone booked right after me. I always book longer in case issues arise during my move, I thought it would be fine, but of course something happened and it ended up putting us late so I got hit with an extra rental fee which I don't appreciate. I should have originally gotten everything I had booked. This entire booking was a nightmare (not this locations fault, the system's fault and the way things are booked). I was very frustrated this time around with booking, and I booked well in advance not last minute. I've never had this issue before and I have booked many times before.MELISSA CAITLYNN C.
The after hours drop off site "uhaul.com/share" couldn't find my location for the proper drop off procedure. No fault of the location, i think the site need work. Reserved van truck well in advance. Truck was left almost empty of fuel. Didn't know how much I needed and spent a fortune on fuel I didn't burn. Truck had almost no brakes. Vehicle really needs service. Truck was not in the requested location and pick up time was for an hour later. What an inconvenience! Was told the night before scheduled pick up about the change in location and time for vehicle pick up. Huge issues with communication. Never using uhaul again!ADAM ROBERT E.

I had forgot to put gas in as my mind was just somewhere else and they charged me almost 28.00 of gas which I know 10.00, possible 15.00 would have put the gas back to where it was. Why they charged me so much is ridiculous. Esso is down the street. Had was 90/litre.ELIZABETH B.
