all was good.
William HWheel and Deal was great but the trailer needs to be retired. The door was hard to open and close, the latch was hard to use, the tie down rails were lose in places and the paint was coming off of the outside. I have rented other identical trailers through the years and they were in much better shape.

Angela SThey are highly valued in my heart I had a death in my family an while driving home I encountered high which flooded my motor 6 months old an rented a tow dolly to carry 650 mile to my mechanic I new with new places would be closed so I rented 3 days early to plan for new year craziness well my mechanics shop caught fire before we loaded my vehicle so I called an returned the tow dolly back to where I rented an never expected them to help me so with the return an credit on rental me an my family greatly appreciate you

Megan CHonestly both the Dequeen ar and the mena ar locations pretty unprofessional personally when the location is supposed to open. At 9 I should be able to get in contact with someone in regards to my reservation at 9 not 9:30 that was for Dequeen mena I made a reservation and they person. That was supposed to be there went on a over 2 hour lunch was gone before my reservation time at 11:30 and had a note saying they went to lunch and wouldn’t be back til 1:30 I understand thing come up however if a reservation is booked the proper thing to do is let your customer know no one will be there for their rental instead of them driving an hour for the product to not even be able to get it honestly just a rough experience

Wanda BFigure out why going one direction it cost me 150 dollars and when i switched to come back home it was over 400 dollars. That seems a little excessive even around christmas time.
