Lillian SEverything went good at the pick up location, however the man at the drop off location in Fairborn was awful & extremely rude. He actually forced me to find a different drop off location and told me “I don’t care what you do with it but you’re not parking it here for drop off find somewhere else” despite that being the correct drop off location listed in both my paper & the app! he would not help me find another location to drop it off either. Very rude, and very unprofessional!! Because of that I may never rent a uhaul again!

Anthony BABSOLUTELY the BEST place I've EVER rented a U-haul...we've moved 4 times ourselves, moved my daughter 9 times between College, Co-ops, Apartments and my son 5 times...#1. Randy will have my u-haul business forever as long as I'm in this area...we live in Waverly, 30mins away but easily worth the drive with his preparedness & customer service!

lori mI found myself in a situation where I needed to move foster dogs to a pickup location to be moved on to their fosters. I am the regional rep for a 501c3 national rescue organization. I was surprised and a bit disappointed that there was no special pricing in place for nonprofit organizations. Although I have no problem paying a fair price for the rental, I do believe a well known and reputable company such as UHaul can afford to help out an organization who's sole purpose is to help animals in need.

John OI dropped-off the rental truck after normal business hours. To ensure there were no problems, I called the following morning. The gentleman I spoke to was the friendliest man and extremely helpful. He told me he was getting ready to check the vehicle and finish the check-in process, then he would call me. Within about 20 minutes, the gentleman called just as he said he would and he told me all was good. He even thanked me for returning the truck cleaned-out. He also explained that my final receipt would be emailed to me, which it was. It was the best experience I ever had with any rental agency. I wish I knew the man's name. He is AWESOME! Thanks!!!

April EThe service was excellent! Reserved my UHaul with Wheat Ridge Mini Barns a few days later the corporate office called and change my reservation to a further away location. To avoid me driving further for my UHaul Randy spent his week working to get me a truck in Jackson. He was successful, with the help of his supervisor I was able to pick up my truck in Jackson and avoid driving 40 minutes for another one. I would recommend seeing Randy for any of your UHaul needs. He takes care of his customers. Thanks Randy for your outstanding service!!

Roni CRandy is one of the best humans I have had the pleasure of meeting. He goes so I’ve and beyond his duties. He treats everyone with respect and does what he can to help. His work ethic is second to none and I only regret that the customer service he provides his customers is fading in the service industry. It is always nice to deal with someone who likes their job.
