Return directions need to be described in the comments. Drop off location procedure was unclear.
ALFREDO MThe location is not drop off friendly. It is on a main street with no parking. No instructions were given the the truck should be delivered to the back of the building. The clerk could not help with the fuel problem as she said she was just a third party drop-off location. She was of no help at all.
Randolph GThe person who was at this location is soooooo lazy very distracted she asked me the same questions over and over she couldn’t remember anything I just said, she would barely get up to get the paperwork from the printer. She was not focused on anything she was doing, mistake after mistake horrible customer service! When I returned the truck she said she was too tired to go check out the truck to make sure it was ok! She didn’t even bother! I just really needed the truck or I would have walked out litterly! Whoever hired her must not care about there location or the customers..

JESSICA GI reserved a 6am self-service pickup days in advance with Uhaul, by phone, because of a big move. However the night before I was going to pick up the truck, I was called and told the location didn’t actually offer self-service pickups and I had to wait till 9am to get the truck. I was also told there were now no other 20’ trucks anywhere in the surrounding area and couldn’t get another reservation for earlier. I had to severely alter my moving plans and UHaul should do better.
kevin fmake it known that this location does not carry any kind of dollys before paying for the service. Show up on time when I had my uhaul scheduled for 9am they showed up 30 minutes later with no notice and didn’t answer their phone. Also a police officer came in during this time I was there and wanted an estimate on the damages done to the uhauls and the store owner had no clue what they were talking about and still wanted me to sign to take the uhaul before checking if there was any damage done to the one I was renting out. I had to tell them that they should probably double check before I signed anything. Other than that I got the uhaul finally an hour later from my original time and started my moving day late. Nobody offered to change my time since I had it for 9am but didn’t get it till 10am. I was renting this uhaul out for a whole 24 hours. Overall would not recommend this place and make sure to call each location to check if they keep dollys in there stores because the uhaul customer service online said they held them and they didn’t and never did.
Samira NThe employee that helped us did not know what he was doing. He was 20 minutes late to open the store and we were there for over an hour because he couldn’t figure out how to work the computer. Horrible customer service and experience overal.

Donna EThe lady at the counter either didn't want to help us or didn't want to be there. When we arrived we told her that we couldn't return the truck on the app and she quickly snapped, assumed, and stated that we must be at the wrong location, very rudely. We explained to her that we were at correct location and the Uhaul app was not allowing us to finish the return on our phones. She told us she couldn't process our return, that it had to be done on the app, and we explained again that we couldn't do it on our phone because of an error. She pulled up our information on the computer and processed our return. So she could have processed it all along and lied when she said she couldn't. Needless to say it was frustrating. Will not come back here.

Juan cI ordered two dozen moving blankets which weren’t there, Location said they had no record of me ordering two dozen blankets, which I have a confirmation email to that effect. I was told that I had to return hours later to pick them up. The truck got stuck doling at 4 rpm’s and missed shifting on several occasions. Seems like a transmission issue.
WYATT KMake sure equipment is in good shape. Vehicle pulsates while braking indicating warped rotors. Also, there was an annoying humming noise coming from the vehicle at medium speeds. Seemed to be coming from the dash and was intermittant.

Gregory SAfter being frustrated from the previous Uhaul location when picking up the pick up truck I was sent here to get the appliance dolley the gentleman here was very polite and he couldn’t believe the other location was sending to other places to get equipment when I was promised to get everything in one place .
Nancy LThe uhaul shook a lot going over 55mph. When dropping off at the location, there was a tiny lot and no one to contact during the morning or late night. So I had to wait until the morning to call a different location that opened at 7am. It was my worst experience with uhaul.

Frances VThe paperwork printed out the incorrect mileage and the associate stated he would corrected it in the system. On the paperwork he gave us he scratched out the old mileage and hand wrote in the new mileage.

LECHELE NWe had to attach the trailer to the truck ourselves then unhook it go to auto parts store buy adapter go back an hook it up again by ourselves. When calling on the trailer the lady couldn't tell me how to get to their store. Will not go back.
Christine BI was pleased with the location however not the Uhaul reservation process (online) or customer service via phone (National Line). I reserved a Truck original online to another location via the Uhaul.com website. When I arrived I was told that despite having a confirmation the location was no longer a U-haul location and they didn't know how I could have reserved it. This lead to 2-3 hour delay in a already stressful and tight moving timeline. When talking with U-Haul via phone they gave no explanation for how this happened, seemed unconcerned and while they eventually found me a truck an additional 15 miles away from the original location there was no acknowledgment of how the companies mistake affected me or my moving plans. Alleane BThe truck was completely filthy and the driver's seat did not mive up. I'm 5ft tall, so I had to use 2 pillows to reach the petals. There was only one person working and multitasking between several customers. He was very apologetic but should have had help, otherwise what was the point in making a reservation.
