The mobile app is a catastrophe, took 1 hour 45 minutes to get keys. this is not the local dealer issue, but a centralized uhaul issue. I was on the phone for most of that time going screen by screen with the lady from Arizona trying to get the automated system to let me have the keys. NEVER AGAIN, go to Ryder
