The car dolly was not properly filed. There was damage when picked up but no photos of the damage was on the data base.

Dealers need to check U-Haul Web Site to verify what an experienced customer tells them is on it... such as 5 day rental with a 6' x 12' Trailer "and" free first month Rental on a storage unit at any U-Haul Storage Facility Nationwide, therefore, the drop off "is" a Uhaul Storgae Facility.... not a drop off site.
After explaining that I was supposed to get a discount thru work at Bluescope Building NA, they had no idea what I was talking about. I paid way more than I was expecting swing as it was an in town move. I wasn't told about the gas having to put the gas back where it originally was. Not very informed or professional. Very dissapointed. Actually after this experience I most likely to choose a competitor.

The uhaul didn't have the dolly I ordered while they reimbursed me for not giving it to me however not having it caused me to take longer then planned to load the truck causing me to be 3 hrs late and for that reason I had to pay extra money that I had not budgeted it for the move. Very inconvenient.
