Unfortunately the 6x12 Utility trailer rental was a waste of money for me. I was trying to move a lawn mower with a 5 ft wide mowing deck. The actual inside dimensions from the U-Haul website are: 12' x 6'2" (LxW) but what is not specified is that the rear of the trailer has 2 small "walls" on either side of the ramp. This distance was to narrow for the mowing deck to fit through so I couldn't use this trailer.

Heather was incredibly helpful, I don’t think we ever caught the other persons name but both of them were super nice and able to get us figured out when we realized we had the wrong size truck. 10/10, fabulous customer service!

Check engine light was on. Truck possibly needed an allignment. Sunvisors were missing on both sides. Check in was easy and friendly which made the process smooth.

The truck we rented was pretty old and it showed. However, since it was only used for a local move, it served its purpose just fine. If we had been moving across the country, I would've considered it unsatisfactory. The ladies that run this location are exceptionally, friendly, courteous, and professional. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

I was not aware there was an approval process, but luckily it only took a few minutes.. but do be prepared that there is an additional process once you go to pickup the truck. Other than that, smooth process, no problems. Nice value, and easy to move things around. Thanks.

Fast friendly service! We had an emergency and couldn't find a rental due to not having a major credit card so horrible as I do not believe in holding them. U-haul worked with me with no judgment, thank you U-haul!!!

Trailer dolly light was 3/4 burnt out, one tire was nearly to the wear bar. Location I used has always been top notch. There's a reason I drive past three other locations to use this one.

Everything went really well. The truck ran well and the hand cart fit most of the items it was used for. Your lot was clean and had enough room to maneuver the 26' truck back into its original position. Thanks.

I am a elder and had problems with the link on my phone and I call the 1-800 number and with one call got it taken care of with a few questions - this is when we took the truck (15 foot truck) to a local U-Haul office when we were finished. the person on the 1-800 number was very helpful. They are great people to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.

I would totally recommend this storage facility. After a year in a climate controlled unit my things hardly even had dust on them. They are not the cheapest but definitely worth it.
