Dropping off the trailer was ridiculous. We drove 40 minutes to an unsafe location. We then waited 30 minutes searching for the drop box!! Never found! I would not recommend your company aftert this experience.

Danny NThe neighborhood had a lot of questionable people wandering around. The pick-up process took FOREVER! We were standing in 112 degrees for over 40 min trying to get a customer service call through to a live person to help us! What a nightmare! Then, there was lots of construction and an accident all around there and we had to take a different route and it added so many miles that I had to end up paying an additional $75! Ridiculous!!!

Douglas II must say the customers service agents that was there at the facility were excellent customer service online on the phone was horrible reason I say this is for the simple fact that I called three times asking them is there a deposit is this the exact fee that I need to have when I go in to pick up the equipment three times they told me the same thing yes that is the total but when I get there I get the total amount plus deposit was never told there was a deposit then I rented and reserved a 15 foot truck I end up having to take a 20 inch or a 20 foot truck because someone messed it up online or over the phone never told me anything about that however the agent at the facility was wonderful you really need to train your customer service agents online a little bit better
SARAH CAaron was personable and knowledgeable, He did everything in his power to make our experience favorable.
