RICHARD CWhen I showed up to pick the truck up, all 3 of the lock boxes were empty. I was unable to rent a uhaul from this location. I had to rent a smaller truck from another location in Tracy. Your website says $50 is guaranteed if you don't have the equipment I need, and I expect the $50. Poor service from start to finish.

Johnson Texcellent location to rent a moving equipment. we've rented a tow trailer. their ground crew helped us hooking rented trailer to our SUV. very friendly staff, approachable. highly recommend this location in Tracy.
VISWESWARARAO MPlease please make sure that the equipments are ready when you reserving 24 hours prior of you booking as I had great difficulty with this and it delayed my whole process of moving.

NAWFAL SI did not like being contacted few hours before my pickup and being moved to another pickup area 35 miles away. Who pays for the extra gas and miles? Probably reconsider using Uhaul again.

MARK DPlease update the information on the spp and web . When i made a recervation stated theis particular truck was going to be ready at 2:00 pm. Do not put false information. Customer had already all the arrangements for the trip to las Vegas equipment was never ready until the next day this cause to spend extra money . Please if dealer is not sure to have this ready do not lied cause alots of stress and money. Missing one day work man power blankets poor customer service 000000 stars

JESSE TI reserved a van a few days before I needed it, and on the day of pick up, I received a phone call from U-Haul telling me that the van that I reserved and was confirmed for wasn't available, but I could rent a pick up truck, which wouldn't suit my needs. Or I could rent a 10' Box Truck, which was overkill for what I needed. So, without any other options, I chose the Box Truck. It was dirty inside and out, it was practically empty, so I had to go directly to the gas station, the Sun visor on the drivers side was broken, and the glovebox door was completely broken off. And having to use the Box Truck caused me to have to spend more money on gas. And for some reason they added almost $17.00 to my bill. As a frequent U-Haul renter, I wasn't happy with my last experience.
DAVID BThe location was closed on my return day due to construction. Wasted more than one hour being forced to install an app on phone to return the truck. How can a person with no computer skills can do business with U haul. Very frustating experience to return it online.

Samuel TCharged me for a day longer than I had the truck and extra insurance I didn't ask for or shows on the original contract. They didn't come out to check in the truck, only took the key and said that's all they needed from me.
Erin LWhen they gave me the trailer it was dirty, it had glass, carbon, and grass, I had to sweep it when I got home.
JUAN RRented a 20 ft truck but when we showed up they first could not find the key and then said the battery was stolen so we had to downgrade to a 15 ft which ended up not being big enough

JESUS ZTHIS WAS THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAD SET UP A 7 AM PICKUP FOR THE TRUCK WITH 2 DOZEN MOVING BLANKETS. I ARRIVED AT 7. I HAD TO DO ALL OF THE ONLINE PAPERWORK AGAIN. I HAD ALREADY COMPLETED THIS AT HOME. THEN IT ASKED FOR MORE, WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE AT HOME SAVING ME RENTAL TIME AND TIME WHERE PEOPLE ARE STANDING AROUND WAITING FOR THE TRUCK. THERE WERE NO RENTAL BLANKETS IN THE TRUCK, EVEN THOUGH I HAD RESERVED 2 DOZEN. I COULDN'T TALK TO ANYONE AT THE COUNTER BECAUSE THEY DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 8, EVEN THOUGHT IT SAID ONLINE THAT THEY OPEN AT 7, AND MY RENTAL WAS AT 7. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID I HAD TO GO TO MANTECA TO GET THE BLANKETS. 45 MILES ROUND TRIP. SO, I HAD TO WAIT AT THE STORE FOR AN HOUR UNTIL THEY OPENED AT 8 TO GET MY BLANKETS. THE TRUCK WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAN NOT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS. IT ALSO WAS ALMOST ON EMPTY. THE AC DID NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. THE PASSENGERS SEAT-BELT WAS TOO TIGHT. ONCE IT CINCHED TIGHT, IT COULD NOT BE LOOSENED. WE HAD TO PULL OVER 4 SEPARATE TIMES TO FIX IT. I WOULD RATE THIS ZERO STARS, IF IT HAD THE OPTION.
DALE MMake sure the ac in the trucks work! I basically was called a liar by customer service. I'm disgusted that I wasn't compensated for having a truck that had no ac in 110 degree weather

James EPay attention when trucks are returned. I returned the I had rented 5 minutes after 5 on Sunday locked the truck dropped the keys in the overnight box at end of walkway and went home . 2 days later received my final bill for 2 additional days? To much effort to check on returns ?

Joseph MThe location was fine but how I ended up at that location is another story. I was sent 70 miles away from Redwood City to Tracy to a location that was closed and didn't even have the right truck to begin with. After an hour on the phone I was supposed to go to another location in San Jose 80 miles away. But I found this one near by and they happen to have what I needed. I would like to be compensated for my Uber ride over there that was $140 and the 70 extra miles I had to pay for.
