It was very quick and easy. I won't hesitate to use again when needed.

They were closed at 3pm on a Saturday, so I left the trailer in their U-Haul lot and dropped a copy of my contract in their outdoor U-Haul return box

I was overcharged for the rental with the promise that "it should be refunded eventually" then I wasn't given the option to dec,ine the insurance...didn't notice until after I paid, and I surely wasn't going to have him swipe my card again!

This location (West Union Electric & Plumbing at 109 W Walnut St in West Union, OH 45693) went above and beyond; unlike the location that it was picked up. Those people at the 2001 Dalton Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio location, need to be properly trained better, need to learn to communicate and talk to the customer, not talk at the customer and above all, listen to the customer. Mark my words, this location is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The running lights quit working on my way, I stopped at the store on Colerain Ave. in Northgate near Cincinnati Ohio. Two people assisted me, however they decided it was better to let me go down the road without lights working knowing I was going to be driving in the dark. Than to work on the lights, the guy said it wouldn't fit in the shop hooked up to the truck and he wasn't going to lay on the ground and work on it. Very disappointed.

Charged for insurance I declined. Malfunctioning equipment that they had previously known about yet still renting it out. Rented Uhauls 3 times this month. Never again!! Just lost a loyal customer

Nothing at this location. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Have The Actual Vehicle Rented At The Location Requested .. Every Time We Rented On Line, When We Went To Pick Up The Vehicle It Was Not There, Had To Take What They Had In Stock. Logistics Nightmare You Need To Hire A Actual Trained Person In Logistics To Write The Software To Have the Customer Requested Vehicle AT THE PICK LOCATION. Miserable Company !

No issues with West Union Electric. Dropped the trailer off after hours, took a photo for reference and called Monday morning to confirm it was still there. Overall very satisfactory.

Had issues with the tail lights. Brake lights and turn signals worked fine but had no tail lights at night.

The customer service here has truly been a pleasure. Thank you! We thought customer service was a thing of the past.

Not preferred pick up location!

The store was closed for Labor Day on the day we dropped off. Not a big deal, but the relatively small lot left us questioning where we should park the truck when we returned it. There was also confusion about the drop off location, as I received a call and texts from Aberdeen saying I should have returned the truck there. My contract clearly stated West Union, and it would have been easier to return the truck to Newport instead of Aberdeen.

The owner went out of his way to find the size Uhaul I wanted and brought it to his location. He also cleaned it thoroughly.

Tryed to tell the guy at the West Union store about the problems we had and he didn't say two words to me. Then he tells me their is a charge for wrong destination when I called in yesterday and they said it would be no problem to change to West Union location and they would note the account. I have no proplem paying the extra day because we were running late due to all the problem with the uhaul and trailer but $$800 dollars for wrong destination is ridiculous for 40 mile difference.

This place is great. I do have a issue with the Uhaul office that billed me.

When someone is told to bring back a truck with the same amount of gas and over and you would be refunded any amount. Then pick up point says no

There is a major miscommunication between U-Haul and their locations.

Nothing needs to be done to improve. The men at West Union Electric and Plumbing are friendly, professional, helpful, and always accommodating. They are very enjoyable to work with. Don Young Christians Across America

Only thing I couldn't open the Auto doors to get out of Auto after loading it, At 71 years old that was a prob.

Tell customers you might have to pick up in another state/location. This happened to me and I was not prepared for this location. I thought I was picking up in the town I lived.

Should have not had to drive 45 miles one way to pickup the truck and only get a 30 mile credit

Returned after hours and key dropped in box.

Did not have all the furniture pads we ordered. Many that we did receive were disgusting (dirty) 26 foot truck dimensions online are not acurate. Mom's attic is only 32 inches deep not 36 which does make a difference when loading 18 inch boxes. Otherwise truck was awesome.
