Roberta PaquinYour check in process online needs a lot of work, and your customer service is subpar when having to call for help. You should let customers know upfront if they’re going to need a second party to verify you. I was at the location for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to call my dad to get approval, before I could pick up the van. When I called, I was told to “just wait”. This led to us being 30 minutes behind schedule, and throwing off the whole day. Only got the van for 3.5 hours because of this. I probably wouldn’t rent from UHaul again because of this, nor would i recommend you to anyone else. This is not a review for the location, because they were great. Whomever I spoke to on the phone at UHaul, should not work in customer service.
Holly CatherwoodVan was fine - owner of establishment was despicable. Swore at my husband & myself. Hw would not check vehicle when we returned it - no receipt - nasty - threatening - told us to drop key in Fing box. I would NEVER EVER return there and Definitely never tell anyone else to go there,

Michael AliquoThe loading dolly and blankets we ordered were not in the truck. The employee on site said he didn’t know anything about the trucks (since he worked for the gas station) and suggested I contact the owner (of the rental service). The employee was nice enough to look around the station and give me another dolly and some blankets. We waited around for about 30 minutes.
David MillerJust do the rental online and avoid interacting with the clerk as much as possible he took a long time with the process when we were in a hurry.

Edward MichaelThe truck was very clean and well-maintained, and I had no problems with the truck at all. The online check-in using my smartphone, however, was a pain in the neck. It was supposed to save time, but it did not. I got through all the steps involving taking a selfie, taking pics of my driver's license, and then I got a message saying I needed to call the 1-800 number to provide additional information so they could verify my identity! I was on hold for about 5 minutes and decided to just go into the building and speak with someone. Kenny was awesome! Super friendly, understanding, and helpful. He got me into the truck in a matter of minutes, and I'm sure I would've still been on hold had he not helped me. Bottom line - I highly recommend U-Haul and this location, I do NOT recommend the self-check in!

Katharina PistorThe owner of the business where the U-Haul pick is located was very unprofessional and rude. My reservation was not ready for my pick up and the attendant there basically told me “sorry I don’t know what you want me to do” after I became obviously upset and vented my frustration he called the own who was so rude to my on the phone. He finally came to the building to help me and told me it was my fault because of how I rented the truck online. I will never use U-Haul or this location again and will absolutely give this same feedback to any friends or family who ask me about my experience.

Robert CatlowThis is where we learned we didn’t have to spend all that extra money. He was surly that the first place didn’t tell us not to put that much gas in it. This place was fantastic and friendly and efficient. The gentleman who helped us was so kind and charming. Would definitely go there and now will go there for gas because of him.

nicole brassellMy experience at this UHaul location was very good. The truck was very clean and had no issues. Kenny, the owner was very nice and had everything ready (I preregistered on line). One of our group who was going to drive was sick and could not join us. Kenny was very good about this and our registration went smoothly.

Gentleman told me he would have to put me in next size up truck and i would be charged the increased price? I feel that it was not my problem original uhaul had flat so why should i be charged the extra? I opted for pick up truck. Attendant tryed reversing paperwork but couldnt so i was charged twice and had to wait til next day for refund.

Jeremy ParadisI rented the 8 ft pick up truck and drove it for 30 miles. Then when filling gas in it I HAD to put 10 gallons! just to get the needle back to where it was, 30 dollars worth of gas = 10 gallons for only 30 miles used? Not a happy customer!!!

Bonnie ManciniI rented this on line, reserving the unit for two days. When I called to check on it, the day before pick up, I was told aggressively and rudely that I could only have it for what turned out to be less than a 24 hour period. I was charged for a full day. This is just horrible service!!!! Also, on line, I requested a pick up location near my home. But at check out I noticed the location was about 25 miles away and there was no explanation or obvious way to change it. That’s an extra 50 dollars for your company. And, I took a picture of the mileage when I left. After I paid, dropped off the vehicle and was home, I noticed your starting mileage was 5 more than my picture. I will never use Uhaul again, and will share my experience with anyone who is considering your company. 401-339-0090

Marisol SantiagoThe staff was very rude. Everything we did appeared to be a bother to the staff. They were uspet that we brought the truck to them because “we have to find somewhere to park it.” We went over on the included mileage by 2 miles and that seemed to anger the attendednt even though I paid the $0.88 surcharge without a problem. This location needs a serious attitude adjustment; it is not the face of uhaul.
Dante FabrizioThe person I dealt with was wonderful! I also liked the fact it was a gas station, which lead me to easily fill up the tank! The rental truck steering wheel, seats and dashboard could have been cleaner!!! The dust seemed caked on the surface!

harry curranI have 2 complaint. 1) the trucks need to have 5-pin (with the brake light wired in for trailers with surge barge) vs. 4-pin (w/o brake control) trailer connectors. For those of us who rent the truck to tow boats (i.e., something U-Haul promotes), we typically have trailers with "surge brakes" installed in order to help control the trailer during towing. 2) When I made the reservation, I explicitly DECLINED the Collision Damage Waiver (as I always do), yet when I got my bill, the $10 CDW had been added in. I'm not sure if it happened at the station when I picked it up (and I just didn't notice it) or if the system added it when I made the reservation. Nonetheless, I accept t he responsibility for not noticing it when I picked the truck up. But this was not what I "selected" when I made the reservation.
