They made the whole process so much easier then what I have experienced in the past at other facilities. They were so efficient and we were out of there in a very timely matter I'm renting there again.

MICHAEL PU-Haul is great! But what makes U-Haul even better is the managers and employees. I drove up to this U-Haul location at approximately 3:15 on a Friday with a closing time of 3:30 for which I assumed the worst. Instead, Bill (sometimes called Dave), was most accommodating in every way imaginable even to the point of helping me create my reservation that I thought I would have to do on my cell phone. I got in and out of there in almost no time. Curiously, again at the last minute, I needed something from U-Haul on Saturday, and I arrived again at about 3:15. Bill was there and helped me with what I needed with a smile on his face. Working with Bill had a big impact on me and I will always come to this particular store for my U-Haul needs in the future. Thank you! PS Home Depot no longer rents their truck for $19 for 75min (though some employees think differently) which is what caused me to skedaddle over to meet and use Bill's services at the last minute!

MARGOT GI had a reservation for 1045 am. I had driven 4 hours to get the car trailer. The guy before me didn’t bring it back. He brought it back at 1500hrs. I feel like U-Haul should have compensated me for wasting my time. The staff at the rental center was the nicest guy and I couldn’t be mad at him. It was a miserable experience. Perhaps they shouldn’t book back to back reservations with no margin of error. Again, I was 4 hours from home and cannot explain my frustration without the use of profanity.

tim kI called and informed them the date and time I would be dropping off my trailer. No one was there and the parking lot was so full we couldn’t fit in it to even drop off the trailer. Called with no help. Was asked to bring it back another day, which was not possible for us. Horrible customer service and horrible location

richard gThis rental was the simplest I have experienced. My pick up took less than 10 minutes and my return took about 1 minute. The 5x8 trailer was clean, tires had good tread, electrical was in excellent condition. I was completely satisfied and certainly will use this U-Haul location next time I need a trailer.

Kim Mi was charged $50 by the dropoff location because i did not fold the blankets. i was unaware of that being a requirement and was also never told that was something i needed to do upon return.

Gabriel CHave the trailer in a long time because dumpster clothes sat there all day Sunday non-used called Uhaul to make arrangements to bring the trailer back late and pay a small fee, or none at all ended up having to pay another day. I feel it should be refunded.

BRIAN LWe were told by U-Haul that the drop-off location would be closed today. My wife went through a lengthy online process to return the truck which included taking and uploading multiple pictures. When I went to leave the keys in the orange box I saw that the location was open and the employee said he could have taken care of the return. This would have been much simpler.

Brian MVery easy process and affordable trailer rental
Lisa BI needed help releasing my vehicle from the tow dolly but I was told NO, you must do this yourself. Even after explaining that I knew the dolly was problematic I could not get assistance with this until after about 30 minutes of trying. The equipment just wasn’t working right, but I was made to feel that this was MY problem.
Pamala WThere was no room to park the truck on the property because there were so many trucks there already, so I had to park on the busy street until someone came to take the truck. Fortunately, there was someone near by to remove it from the street.
Thomas CThe only issue was, they did not know we were coming and did NOT have a reservation for us - even though U-Haul had sent us a confirmation. When we showed up, they told us that we needed to go to Camp Verde. Luckily, they looked through their inventory and had the unit we needed and got us set up. I don't know what the communication problem was, but if the customer has a confirmation, then it should be confirmed.
