We are in a serious health pandemic therefore vehicles should be cleaned and properly sanitized. Vehicle was very dirty inside and outside. I mentioned everything as I closed out with the ticket before and you are asking 2x. There was no windshield fluid I think the check engine light may have been on as well. I mentioned that to the person that i picked up on and I got a shoulder shrug. Even more the instructions to just walk in and pick up the key seemed to have agitated the person.. I couldn't just hold up the phone and get the key. It became a challenge and response game and that is how i got hit with the e extra dolly. The man actually removed the dolly that was there and then when I showed him on the contract that I purchased one added the cost on the invoice. I would not be surprised if other people that looked like me had problems in that location. I know I will have to use Uhaul again in the future. I will not pick up from that location and if I see that person again at another location. I will be complaining again if I get treated like that. That level of service was right at the cusp of crass. Refund my 7 dollars BTW money is tight. I don't have it to give.MARK R.

The amount of gas the website had for the start of the trip was inaccurate. I took a picture at the start of the trip showing it was at below 3/4 a tank. I was charged for it being atv7/8. You need to fix this.curtis P.

Fire the oerson who handeled our uhual for flashing a gun at me while i was simply trying to return the uhual, he told me i owed an additional $150 for damages. He didnt seem like he knew what hes was doing because as i asked questions to understand the situation a bit better he became agitated and begin raising his voice at my. My husband asked hi. Not to address me anymore if he cant watch his tone because i was never yelling at him. He threatened my husband that he would call crips to the location runs into the office which is where i think he put the gun in his waistline comes back out the office and flashes it saying now your uhual is whatever i say it is. I didnt c aw re to complete the process i left the premises immediately. I was able to capture the workers face on video. This needs to be addressed!christina S.

You changed my pick up location from flushing where I live to Bronx in a very short notice, so I have to take Uber to reach Bronx location in very early morning, when called to protest that, they promised to PAY BACK 50 $ and they didn't do that, I took the vehicle with frustration , also they didn't tell about the tolls, so have to pay it more than 70$, anyway my first experience with company is so badHusni Mustafa Ya H.

Make sure that u let the customer know that this place is a 3rd party and does not carry the equipment that they order on line! The website needs to update the status of this location. There were no dolly's to move equipment , the truck chosen online was unavailable , in fact I was told to go to another location , thankfully someone returned their U-Haul in time or else I would have to change my plans. So let me back track my reversion was for 02/01/20 @ 12 pm at 1251 Webster when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told my reservation was cancel and that it was for 01/31/20 which was not true tho let me say I did receive an e mail for 1/13/20 and I right away called uahl I was told to disregard that email that reservation was not in record the only one they see it's for 2/1/20 okay so fainley I was transferred to a supervisor that was able to get me a truck at west farms road and I was told the truck will be ready at 1:30 pm on 2/1/20 I got to the rental location at 1pm okay find I knew I was half hour early I explain my situation to the two nice gentleman that work there I waited til from 1pm till 3:15 for the truck to arrive it's not the guys that work threre fault it's hula fault die that my reservation was canceled due to u hauls mistake this really messed up my whole day cuz the helpers I had not could no longer help me and had to leave I can't blame them cuz they waited with my for three hours and I had to pay them regardless needless to say now I got the truck at 3:15 pm which also messed up my whole day and I wasn't able to move everything out because now I have no help I can only move what I can not only was I very disappointed mad and angry this is not okay and unfair to customer now waited my time also and money and at the lend my movers had to leave cuz after waiting three hours their time was up I'm very very unhappy with this service and I want to know why my reservation was canlce. Or like I was told they didn't find my reservation mind you I received my text confirmation for 2/1/20 and my email confirmation so I'm not sure where did u haul go wrong please I would like someone to contact me thank you Jerodriguez169&yahoo.comJessica R.
Last minute change of location. Very inconvenient and customer service was terrible. His focus and attention was on the garage business. I rented blankets and none were available at this location. No ezpass which was inconvenient. Will never rent again and never refer. It was a very expensive one way trip!Mary A.

We went to pick up the van before 8am (made online reservation the day before). The person that took care of us was very helpful and gave us the van in just a few minutes of paperwork. We removed the $25 insurance since I have Full insurance with my own car and Geico covers rentals. Then, in the afternoon we just returned it and the guy got into the van read the miles and parked it. Very easy! Definitively I would go back to this placeRicardo I.
