I chose this location because it is close to where I live and so that I wouldn't have to drive into Sarnia. The staff (1 person working) were not very experienced and was also running a full service gas station at the same time as renting uhaul equipment. The service was very poor at this location compared to my previous experiences of renting a trailer at a dedicated uhaul dealer in Sarnia. In Sarnia (confederation location) the staff are very experienced and will hook up the trailer for you. At this location the staff only checked the trailer to ensure that it was the right one and then left me to hook up the trailer because he had other gas station customers, he didn't even help to direct me while backing up. Overall I am unhappy with this location and will make the drive to Sarnia if I need to rent from uhaul again.

The place seemed a little sketchy, and the guy seemed a little bit unsure of what he needed to do. It did not take long to drop the trailer maybe 10 mins - but the reality is that it still took much longer than it could have. I also just realised that he did not actually provide me with any sort of confirmation that I returned the trailer.

Absolutely awful! Customer care is aware of the situation and should have the transcript on file. We are still awaiting a gift card that was promised to come via email...

Uhaul should consider moving some of their rentals to other locations; Petrolia had A LOT. We were offered a $15 discount to drive the utility trailer to Sarnia but that would barely cover gas and time.

Wash truck get new wiper blades. Keep it away from being stuck in the mud. Clean out inside of the cab and box

Rented trailer. Didn’t have proper electrical hook up. Tried to rent from different location then they wanted to charge me extra for not dropping at same location. When location I needed didn’t have right equptment to rent

it would not print the contract so he had to call someone...took forever

No problem with the pick up location and the agent. What was a huge problem was the u haul on line program. I had pre paid for the truck rental but your system failed to add the HST which made it difficult to sign out the truck. Why would you set up a pre pay system that doesn't add HST at the time the pre payment is made. It ended up taking over 30 minutes to sort out what was wrong.

It was extremely convenient having a uhaul locations in my town however you might want to consider another business to host the drop off and pick up as the employee is EXTREMELY rude, has no idea what he was doing and when another Uhaul agent tried to help him with my sale he was ignorant to her as we'll. He also over charged me and wasn't willing to admit he made a mistake and did not rectify the situation.
