My comment - and bad rating for this rental experience - has nothing to do with the 3933 PACIFIC AVE SE location I got the truck from. I originally booked my reservation for a 10 foot van at 5200 LACEY BLVD SE, LACEY, WA 98503. The day before my rental, I received a call from the first address telling me that my reservation had been transferred to the second address. When I arrived, the only vehicle was a 10 foot truck with no locks, so I had to take the truck and go shop for a padlock. I called the original location but their position was 10 feet was 10 feet, they didn’t care I had to spend extra time and money to get a lock.

Richard LAlec was amazing and saved me from another company in town having an error apparently and giving my truck away. Alec was so professional and polite and got me in and out quickly to accommodate my plans. Highly recommend this location.
