I am commenting on the 51st St location in Tulsa. First, it said they opened at 0800. No person present until after 10:00. It was a location that I was not needing to go to and over 7 miles into Tulsa that I didn't need to go. There was no dolly at pickup - kid that helped me just said I wouldn't receive one. Then, the truck I got was dirty and had trash all in it. It was only 3/4 tank full as well. I asked about a $50 refund since I had to pick up elsewhere and he had no idea what I was talking about.Lisa C.

Place closes at 5PM, I showed up at 4PM to return the rental and no one was there it was gated and my car was stuck inside. I had to wait for 1 hour for someone to call me and give me the code to the gate.Brian K.
My scheduled pickup time was 9:00. They do not open until 10:00. I wasted an hour on a very busy day. The woman was very nice and helpful when she arrived. The van was fine. You need to update your system to match available times.John O.
Nice lady working there. No trailer jack stand and the trailer was pushed up against a fence. I personally had to drag it away from the fence with the chains fastened to my truck so I COULD LIFT IT ONTO THE TRAILER HITCH!! There were no trailer pads nor dolly which were part of the reservation. Your service and traffic services absolutely STINK!!! This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks I had such a poor experience with you and no one has even responded to the 1st incident.clay H.
The system for checking me in to pick up my truck took over a half hour, even though I had preregistered and done the express online checkout. Pretty aggravating, but the truck was perfect for the job and the associate who helped me was very nice and helpful.Donna N.
No one was on site when I arrived, so I wasn't able to pick up the van until after 12p- my scheduled appt. The van was very dirty inside. I brought the van back in 4.5 hours and 10 miles under expected use and the cost was MORE than quoted? advertised $19.95 per day for in town use- not even close at $104. I was given a time by U-haul to pick up at a location, but no one was there. Although the owner/manager of this location was quite apologetic, I waited over 45 minutes for someone to even show up to let me in the gate.Sara D.
