The location was locked up during working hours with no sign stating they were at lunch etc. After detaching the trailer myself and pushing to a location the clerk arrived and was a little rude. He did process my return with no issues.

Didnt return my calls. Charged me for an extra 14 days while the trailer sat in their yard. Caused me so much grief for no reason. Now I have to waste time running around and disputing the extra charges they put on my card

The truck was full of sorry and some candy wrappers which isn't really a big deal but what was frustrating was the gas tank was barely more than a quarter tank full. It makes it hard to get stuff done when you have to fill up right away then it's impossible to get equal gas back in it! I think it's on purpose! You got an extra half tank of gas from us which isn't fair. If we brought it back low we would be charged. We should be refunded. The truck's brakes kept slipping and the AC barely worked. Pretty unhappy. I will say the online checkout and check-in processes were great! I love that I could pick up when it worked for us.

I had ordered a dolly with the truck, and I made the assumption that it was already located in the truck, however it was not. I was still charged for use of the dolly even though I did not receive one with the rental. The website said that the location opened at 9 am, however when I arrived, the doors were still locked, and had to wait for a staff member to arrive in order to pick up the keys.

The facility was very and clean. The truck I rented had mud in the floorboard. There was checklist for damages on the vehicle performed with me. Nor was the truck pulled around to the front of the building. I had to drive it out of the lot myself. Basically just throwing the keys and say here you go. Check-in was just about as uneventful. Would not recommend this facility to a friend. tried to rent a vehicle from this location once before. No one was there when I arrived. Had to go to a different location to pick up the truck that I had reserved.

Everything went well , the truck was in great condition, the pickup location was pretty close. I had to drive through heavy rain for several hours and in that truck the noise from the rain was horrible and I needed ear plugs.

While the clerk was checking in our truck, she answered the phone twice and took a reservation, all of the information, while we stood there waiting. This was after she began waiting on us. She should have asked the people on the phone to please hold and finish with us first. This was not good customer service to us.

Did not see the office area or staff (dropped off after normal business hours), but the location I parked the truck was not well kept. However, the staff was very responsive to contact me in that I left something in the truck. Was not too far off the beaten path and easy to maneuver the truck to park.

The man we had to go through to get the keys was rude and incredibly unhelpful. The truck was in the back lot and not pulled up to the front. He didn’t check to see if it had the dolly we had rented in it, telling us to. Heck ourselves and to just come back if it wasn’t in there. Very poor experience will never rent from this location again.

I pre-checked in online before I arrived. Walked in, met with the gentlemen at the front desk, completely painless experience. I have rented from this location before and have never had any issue! Excellent service!

I was not able to get in my truck upon arrival to the site. Had I been given information/instructions before I arrival by the employee that I spoke with the pick-up would have been smooth. It took me 30 minutes to get into my truck. Drop off was quick. The people helping me to moved had to wait. Not happy with service,

We had an issue with my drivers license on the app, so my husband and I just needed to speak with someone at the office and no one was there. We sat and waited for an hour to have someone show up or answer our phone call to get help with adding my husband as an additional driver, since we were having issues with my license, but no one showed up. We called customer service twice, but only after being hung up on the first time. I tried to cancel my order, but it wouldn’t let me cancel and make a new reservation at the same time. After waiting a few minutes we tried again and got set up, but then we’re told we couldn’t be approved because they couldn’t get ahold of someone to verify we were who we said we were. The truck was in decent condition for cleanliness, but nothing great. All of this cost me nearly $70 and over an hour of my time to reserve the vehicle. I sent an email to customer support and received no response. I called and received no response. No one was willing to help fix the issue at all, and that was beyond frustrating. This will be the last time I do business with U-Haul.

When I got the truck, the dolly was already off its dock. Tried to call support to let them know. Waited for 7 or 8 minutes to get someone on the phone. When they got on, I told him and the dolly missing the zip tie, and saying I don't want to be charged fire it because I wasn't planning on using it. He said I won't be charged, then hung up on me before getting any information about me. So it wasn't really helpful to me.

A lady Allowed me to clean the truck out better there so I wouldn't get charged a fee. A fella come help us get the car off the trailer. I know this was nor part of his job but was very very unfriendly almost rude. Still I'm thankful for his help.

Neil was very helpful and willing to assist in any way he could. The truck itself, for whatever reason was not cleaned or inspected before I got there, the yard man asked me to wait while he inspected the truck.

Have the vehicle pulled to the front of the building instead of making customer go to an unattended lot and try to find the vehicle. Self-check was quick and easy. Experience was fine until we received an invoice for unreported damages that we did not do it know anything about until 2 weeks later - not acceptable at all!

I felt like an unwanted customer at the location. Their time was obviously more important than the customers time. Even brought the trailer back a day early and asked about being compensated for the day I didn't need but all I got was an answer that was said with the attitude of well your loss.

Poor review for process vs the storage unit which we did not use. U-Haul told us this location was not affiliated and no reservation record. Lenexa and State Line sites offered by UH - too far for us.

There was a bulge in the tire of the first uhaul we picked up and had to bring it back to get a new one. This should have already been inspected before we picked it up and the good trailer should have been out and waiting at our pick up time. A 20 min pick up turned into and hour and a half pick up. The person at the shop did not help load the trailer. We also rented pads, told there were 6 and there were only 5. Very poor customer service.

Drastic price increases. You don't get notices of them moving, only lien notices when you didn't pay because you couldn't find them or get a hold of them. Never in their office. They moved 4 times.
