STEVE B.You need a better way of lifting the front of the trailer up to hitch it onto the tow vehicle. The girl had a wheeled dolly that kept slipping off. She found a floor jack and that's how we got it hitched up.
Paul G.15' truck was practically new with only 7,300 miles. Workers at this location were all very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Steve B.The facility did not allow for contact less pickup, which I had selected. They weren't open at 9am so we had to wait. They also closed before they dsaid they would so we were unsure of return procedures. I called the emergency number and they said just use the app and hung up. Overall, it was poor customer service and unclear instructions.

Steve B.For the next customer, maybe provide a box code for the key to their U-Haul so they are not behind and are not forced to have a late return. Also when someone comes in your office maybe your main employee should not be vaping while talking to a customer with asthma.

Robert S.Gas was on lower than a 1/8. We had less than 45 miles to get to gas station. It's a party place. Girl had on pjs on. A group sitting there eating. I would NEVER recommend these people.
