I reserved a dolly with the truck rental but when I arrived I was told they did not have one available. It would have been ideal if someone had contacted me beforehand to let me know. Also, the truck drop off information given did not match what was email to me.

The entire process was a breeze. I reserved online, went to pick up the Uhaul a few days later, was in and out quickly and the people there at Wendels in Alvin, Texas were very nice and helpful. Returned on a Sunday with a convenient drop off since the place of business was closed on Sunday. Had ZERO issues with the Uhaul or the equipment we rented. The Uhaul was well maintained and easy to use. The pricing was less expensive than other options in my area. Thanks Uhaul and Wendels!

I came to this location after another U-Haul location failed to enter my reservation properly due to a U-Haul website issue. As a result, they did not have the equipment I needed. Wendel's was able to accommodate my last minute request and supply what I needed. The owner made sure all of the safety systems were operational and showed me how to hook up the trailer.

Trailer gate pin on the drivers side of the ramp is out of alignment and not able to index into the locking mechanism. Other than that the trip was uneventful, that's a good thing. Although; my reservation was updated to pickup the trailer at a different location. After waiting for over an hour for the store clerk that handles the rentals to make an appearance, I called the travel 1-800 # to find a rental shop that had a trailer ready. This set my schedule back quite a bit and had very heavy traffic through both Houston and Austin. So I give the original pickup location a "F".

They were very helpful. After hooking the trailer up they confirmed all the lights worked to my receiver plug then connected the trailer wiring to ensure all the lights worked. Took the time to go over loading and securing on the trailer and covered alternate strapping.
