This location is not setup to take debit card. So he was dealing with an awful woman from Port Moody U-Haul who lied, they tried to charge me double. And she lied and said she started a return and she didn't. They charged me for one extra day on the trailer as well. Really not cool and I'm not going back to either of these locations.

TREVOR Svery unprofessional, did not know how to check us in. the truck we rented was hooked up to a trailer and he told us to unhook it ourselves. the truck itself was running a bit rough. then to top it off I was mischarged on the mileage, the mileage on my invoice was wrong for when I picked up the truck. I drove 19 miles and was charged for 47 miles. which has not been corrected yet

Randy WMy card didn't go through after swiping 8 times, visa, debit, different visa etc. but over the phone it worked fine. Ridiculous,,,, replace your machines…. Paid cash and couple days later after several texts back and forth asking for my deposit back…. Ridiculous,,,, My next reservation 3 days later was canceled 5 minutes before pick up,,,, left me speechless,,,, wow Ridiculous,,,, never will I use or recommend U-Haul, it's a joke….

Robert AThere is no obvious signage to tell you this is an Uhaul independent operator. Had to find the attendant from an employee from another portion of his business for assistance. Granted I was bringing it back a day earlier than expected but the demeanor and attitude wasn't helpful or gracious. At best, would be considered "gruff"

Benson MMy original reservation disappeared. I thought I had a truck fir 3 days. On phone the lady set me up at a Pit U haul. I received nothing with address so when I cane to this uhaul he stated he only had a van fir a few hours. He arranged it fir a whole day fir me. I rented the van. Shortly after I received a call from a different Pit location saying I should pick up my truck. I asked them to reserve it fir the following 2 days and please send me the address so I may pick up my truck. They never sent any info. So my rental with the van was the only thing that went right with uhaul

Louay AThe person who rented me the trailer advised me that he did not work there when I asked a question. Instructions were given over FaceTime as there was nobody location from U Haul. While semi. friendly, this rental experience was poor.
Gerard BJust be fair with the client and don't take the advantage of credit card and deduct what you want regardless the client input. The employee deducted 56 dollars for gas despite I filled gas up and returned the vehicle as I received (less than quarter tank) and I have the fuel receipt showing the time of fuel ( before delivering the truck). Provided , I have a photo for the gas counter when I received it and another picture when I returned it. What happened is not professionally attitude at all despite I respect U-Haul business concept.

Today 18 hr later Uhaul refuses to confirm the return - leaving me liable and possibly fined for a late return (if the vehicle is still where I returned it)

JOHN LI am not happy with my uhaul experience. I was rerouted to the Pitt meadows location because of mismanagement at another location. I wanted the truck for 24 hours and this was not relayed to the new location.

IDA VSal was wonderful and super helpful in all areas. I would rent from him anytime I needed a truck again. He really went beyond the call of duty in helping us out. It was pouring rain on our move day and a miserable hard move so dealing with Sal took the edge off a bad day. ¡Gracias!

I didn't have to get out of my van. Very helpful & very nice man. Uhaul double hooked my car dolly reservation. So the owner drive too another lit & picked me up another car dolly so I didn't have too drive too another location. Very nice of him. I will use this pick up location again. He went far & beyond what a lot of order people wouldn't even do. Service was excellent!! Thank you very much for your help. It was much appreciated!! Cheers

CHRISTOPHER BIt was my first time renting a truck from Uhaul. Lots of places didn't work on December 31 and this was the only one open. The owner is a great guy and has a lot of trucks in stock. We got a 10 foot truck. It was clean and just perfect size wise . We brought it back on January 1st. ¡Gracias!
oleg yI went for 2 stars for 1 as the owner wasnt terrible but just seemed dis-interested until I told him he had to. Was happy to over charge by about $40 and tell me to sort it with Uhaul another day. Also acted as if I should be greatful he was open despite it being his choice. Vechile was not in great condition- a couple of issues that although wouldnt make this vechile unroad worthy certainly were cause for concern. The biggest disappointment was just the lack of professionalism and technical ability to resolve issues. While the owner seemed nice enough, and is clearly going this for the sake of doing it I would probably stick to a UHaul location if future.
