Again, will never use Uhaul again. Totally impersonal and only concern is how the rental transaction benefits them. This drop off station was outstanding. The problem lies within the corporate culture of Uhaul. No one takes responsibility of making the stressful event of moving better, instead making it much worse. Shame on Uhaul

After wasting our time driving there and going through the paperwork process (which is not quick), as she handed us the keys and paperwork, she told us we would need a lock cutter because the previous customer left the lock on the back of the truck and didn't leave a key! The audacity to expect us as the customer to do it AND to not bring it up before we wasted our time doing paperwork was very inconsiderate. She attempted to "break" the lock using 2 hammers and we finally told her she was going to break the truck before the lock and we didn't have time for this, so we left without a truck. Then she initially said she wasn't going to be able to give us a full refund until her manager came back. Eventually she figured out a way. The whole experience was insulting.

While a very nice person, the gentleman had no idea how to help me make this happen. I would suggest training him on how to set up a customer if they come into the store to rent a u-haul.
