The truck was not checked in properly - i have been charged for 99 miles when i only went 45 and for 4 gallons of gas when i put 5 gallons in before i turned it in. I have no picture of the dashboard so no way to prove it other than my word.

DANIEL CUnfortunately the app wasn’t easy to use regarding 24/7 pickup. We didn’t realize that we each needed a phone for verification so we had to give an alternate number who happened to live across country, wasn’t expecting a call at 4am. Needless to say, we had to drive back to the house to retrieve another phone.

KENT RThe vehicle was clean enough-but the cab was in need of being wiped down and vaccumed. The real problem I had is that I requested and was charged for furniture pads, but they were not provided. I am requesting the charge for this be reversed.

caleb mEverything was Wonderful. I feel the truck windows and the 20' foot interior compartment could have been a bit cleaner. I always leave things cleaner than they were and when I swept out the main compartment it was pretty full of dust and some debris that wasn't mine, otherwise I'm not complaining. Thank you

JOSEPH TIssue with the pick up process and keys, had to call support and the person was very condescending on the phone. The video on how to get the keys did not match the type of box lock so it made it very confusing. The truck was not swept out from previous users, lots of dried mud in the back and also floor of driver’s side.

LINDA POffice personnel was very polite and friendly! The u haul was available on short notice which worked out, I rented a 15ft van and it was just right! Chesterland u haul was a good experience.
