I only needed the truck for one day but had to pay for two days. In my feeling I got overcharged the one extra day so probably will look for another rental if possible if available uhaul is a great place to rent but its not right I got charged for two days and only wanted one.

The location is a bit confusing for people who don't know the area because it's not technically at the Weatherhead storage the uhaul office is actually at the bowling alley

The truck wouldn't start, twice, if I hadn't had a jumper box I wouldn't have been able to use it. Also, I almost didn't have the key as it was in the wrong box.

Had trouble with the 24/7 drop box, because of having to use a uhaul web site to complete the trip information, as the return location was closed (they closed at 4 pm on Friday, the first day of a holiday weekend. When i tried to do that on my phone it refused to recognize my password even after getting a confirmation code on the phone that I tried twice. Finally had to call U-haul. after a long wait on the main number, we finally reached a very nice lady, Ariane, who was able to help us and get the transaction complete so we could drop off the truck. She sent us a copy of the initial contract by email, but neither my computer nor phone can read it to print it, as it was in an unknown file format. The u-haul employees were all very helpful, but your processes need to WORK. U-haul needs to desperately update their computer system to current standards and use normal file formats for printing contracts, such as word, excel or Adobe and NOT a .png format which is ancient computer history and provide updated tools, such as working printers, to their franchisees.. Noting this, your employees or franchisees that we spoke with were very nice and helpful, especially at TIlton, NH, which also had needed supplies. The truck was fine and we received the supplies needed to do the job, but U-Haul PLEASE update your computer systems! .

They did not have truck or equipment we requested. We had to rebook another truck and could not tow car.

The Web interface does NOT work in Erving. I had GPS on phone, but your software cannot function at this location. The owner said this happens all the time, he was extremely helpful. No problems with rental or truck, just web stuff not working!!!

We called U-Haul for a location to drop off after hours and were given this location as I was playing telephone tag with location U-Haul had given me. We dropped it off in the parking lot as was told and when I called today the man said it wasn't there. He finally agreed to walk outside and look and it was there. I would never leave equipment after hours again! And the gentleman should have checked all equipment first since he has a very small location! I would absolutely not use that location again!!! And when I called customer service to say I had asked for the Erving or Athol locations I was told they were both full so they routed me to a further out of the way location. BUT when I called back later due to the telephone tag I'd played with that location I was given the original location- so they either were no longer full ( however same number of vehicles were at that location earlier in the day when I drove by) or the representative in the region just didn't want us to change the location they gave us- this experience has totally tainted me to U-Haul and I wouldn't recommend!!!

Let them know there is no tongue jack on your trailers. Luckily I came prepared with a scissors jack; otherwise I would not have been able to attach the trailer to my hitch!

I returned the cargo trailer at night and the area was not lighted so I was glad that I had a flashlight to disconnect the trailer. I'd recommend the facility install a floodlight that is either on all of the time or has a motion sensor.

Absolutely horrid experience! The truck I had reserve was not at the location I had scheduled. The manager I've dealt with with racist and very unprofessional! I will never use U-Haul again!

I was disappointed with the scheduling dept they told me there was NO equipment locally for a 5 hour rental when I was done with my equipment and returned it,I found out there was one with in 10 miles of my zip that was there for a week and is still there 48 hour so far after,from now on I will call all the local ones 1st not the 800 line

Better signing and lighting for late night drop offs. It was dark and raining when I dropped it off. I almost drove right past it. The area was well maintained and had plenty of space to turn around in.

This location worked with me well. If it weren't for them, I would have had a large complaint against the company. I had reserved a 26ft truck in Greenfield MA and was called less than 24 hrs before moving day with the 'closest' similar truck being a 20ft in Northampton MA. I cancelled knowing that the cost for mileage would have tripled had I kept that option. No offer to work with me or any positive customer service skills. Very disappointed with service done through on line reserve. Erving location was wonderful to work with, however, I will not recommend nor speak well of the company again, unfortunately.

1. Put up a sign so customers know U-Haul office is inside the bowling alley. 2. U-Haul office in Athol MA confirmed on Oct 16 that my desired trailer was available. I reserved trailer with my credit card. On Oct 20, there was NO trailer. I had to drive 35 miles to retrieve trailer from alternate location. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Better signage for the location would be helpful, I was not sure what entrance to use. Drop off was easy since I was just dropping off a trailer. Since there was no keys, I was not sure if I was suppose to leave paperwork or a note.

I was having an issue with a UHaul vehicle from another location that was closed when I drove by and saw the same vehicle in this lot. All I can say is that the agent at Weatherheads went out of his way to make this rental completely positive. I can't give enough praise for his customer service.
