Everything was fine except I was charged for furniture covers and none were provided in the truck
Miranda BVehicle was great. I also rented a furniture dolly but there were none when I picked up the truck. I was still charged for the dolly rental even after I selected no for the equipment not being there.

Edward FMade appt to pick up trailer at 900am. I arrived at 9:10am, and there was no one at the location. I checked in on line and hooked up the trailer myself. When I returned the trailer the person worker was upset that I took it. I told her I waited 10 minutes more and no one was there. By the time I hooked Up trailer and checked out on line it was 9:30. I didn’t know what else to do. Poor service,
DANIEL GThe girl didn't know what she was doing. I had to hook up a different uhaul trailer to move out of the way to get my trailer. I finally hooked up to my trailer and it was in a shed that took an hour and a half to maneuver out of the space. A manager had to come and drive my uhaul truck for 30 min to get it out. It was poor customer service and I will never use this location.
Jasmine BWhole experience was horrible. Pick up location changed 2 times and I was not notified until very late. I was overcharged for mileage. I returned truck a day early an no discount.
Robert AI didn't have much interaction. I did a night drop. There was hardly any signage to tell us that location is there though. It would be easier to find if there were more signs.

Jose CThe outside of the trailer was so dirty that I was embarrassed to pull it. I took it to a car wash and washed the exterior. It was in the worst condition (cleanliness) of any trailer rental I’ve ever experienced with U-Haul.

Andres TMaking sure the correct information is on the contract as I had a terrible experience trying to return the truck because it wasn't accepting my entries from the odometer and could not complete the return. I was being charge for the incorrect entries and this all could be avoided if the contract had the correct readings.

Nikki SOriginal drop off was Coronado U haul in El Paso. The attendant was very rude. Told us we were in the wrong location. I commented that that was the location I had requested. He stated that they were full. Never apologized for our trouble. I would not recommend this place.
ROSALVA VI was given a trailer with no brakes. We did not realize it until our truck was already loaded on it. $200 for a piece of equipment that was not safe. The only solution offered was roadside service?? Horrible customer service!
