Making sure the correct information is on the contract as I had a terrible experience trying to return the truck because it wasn't accepting my entries from the odometer and could not complete the return. I was being charge for the incorrect entries and this all could be avoided if the contract had the correct readings.

Original drop off was Coronado U haul in El Paso. The attendant was very rude. Told us we were in the wrong location. I commented that that was the location I had requested. He stated that they were full. Never apologized for our trouble. I would not recommend this place.

I was given a trailer with no brakes. We did not realize it until our truck was already loaded on it. $200 for a piece of equipment that was not safe. The only solution offered was roadside service?? Horrible customer service!

24/7 app would not function!! App kept timing me out when I reached photo of damage to rental. I used a smartphone fully charged and wifi accessible. Had to come back later to pick up truck.
