Really poor service. Not only was the person 15 minutes late I didn't get the uhaul truck size I reserved. On top of that, they did not honor the reservation guarantee policy that uhaul had. I feel like I got scammed. On the site the policy states ‘Should U-Haul, through its fault, fail to contact customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then the $50 Reservation Guarantee will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation.' I was NEVER contacted about the change in size and only found out the day of, but I didn't get a refund.

Hello, Getting the truck was a bit of a problem due to having a date to pick up then called to say the truck never came back. Or having the date to get truck then a cal saying someone else already has the truck. When i pick the truck up. It is the wrong size which they had put me down for. Only reason I kept with the transaction was due to the young lady V, she had it a bit more easy to rent the truck. Thank You

Extremely disorganized, it took about an hour from my reservation time to receive my keys as the guy working at the front desk was MIA, and then could not locate my reservation. The drop box is located 200 yards away from the parking lot and is nearly impossible to find. I had also reserved a dolly and it was not with the vehicle, and then was charged for it missing. Charged a cleaning fee for absolutely no cleaning needed as I only transported boxes. Please note: you have to grab your keys from the front desk person who leaves at 6 pm, and his after hours employee has to be tracked down around the parking lot. He was also calling his manager for about 30 min in front of me to confirm my reservation.

A laundry mat seriously. Very poor English was spoken was told to drop off at 930. They did not open till ten. Do not I repeat do not go here. First turn out of parking lot crack head was heating his drugs with a spoon and lighter.

The 26' truck I reserved weeks in advance was not ready at the scheduled time. I was told it would be ready 4 hours after my reservation time, it was not. The agents found me a shorter 20' truck at another location 5 hours after my scheduled time. The agents said they would give me a discount because I would now need to make 2 trips instead of one. I was charged full price for my rental, I will never use Uhaul again and will refer friends and family to another company.

We were told that the vehicle would be .89/mile until we returned it. I asked about unlimited miles or a flat rate and the representative didn't know anything about those programs. Just frustrating.

The guy that checked us out the rental did struggle with a thing or two but it was amazing seeing how helpful,kind and motivated he was to provide a great service Overall amazing guy Easy and straight forward location and makes you feel at peace compared to other locations nearby with asswhole associates who feel their to much and dont care about the customer

The guy lost the keys to the truck I reserved. Charged me for the truck. Said he refunded me but I haven't seen it refund yet. He got me a replacement truck; however, he told me that instead of the one-way trip I reserved he informed me that if I wanted the truck I was required to bring it back to this store. Upon return, he then charged me for the extra gas and mileage from the extra 40 mile trip that I didn't want to take. I reserved a one-way with a drop off at my destination. He also charged me 132 for the first truck, the one he lost the keys to, but when he charged me for the second truck it was 135. It also took him an hour to get the new truck and I had movers waiting. So all around I got screwed. Still waiting for that refund on the first truck too

Give the actual location with a picture of the lock box. Also, if you're going to change the location after the reservation is confirmed that you change it in the calendar.

Because of the pandemic, I would have thought that the van would have been wiped down inside the cab. It was very dusty and didn't appear to have been cleaned for a while. The back of the truck was clean and had been swept out. In general the van was in good shape.

Location is in a laundromat. Employees were not wearing masks properly. Did not have a dolly or blankets, did not call me before to tell me this. I arrived and the dolly and blankets were not available, so I had to go rent some from another location. That is not the experience I expect from Uhaul.

The facility was a bit slow but overall I had no issue with renting from this location. My biggest issue was with the website. I didn't realize that my "preferred location" was just that. The location ended up being around 20 miles away.

The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. However the location, was 45 miles away from our desired pick up location, with traffic an hour and a half away. We were notified of the night before the pick up of this new location. We were also told it was a hub after we called and it was a laundromat in a strip mall.

They lied about the cost of the uhaul and told me i was only paying $175 and it ended up being over $500!!!! Fucking absurd. Never will I go here again. Bullshit

I had no clue where I was picking up this rental truck this was the most “convenient” location for pick up I just followed the GPS, first of all the address takes you to a shopping center that's packed with people walking around in the parking lot and the most chaotic driving I've seen.. (And the chaos was still there after we came back to drop the truck off 3 hrs later) since we couldn't find the office because it's not a U-Haul building It's in side this laundromat, (so weird) once inside the one guy behind the computer was helping another person, no big deal we found a seat and sat down. after a few minutes he finishes with the man and I get up thinking we're next but he then walks out with the man and does not return for about 15minutes! There's another guy behind the counter and all he did was ask for my phone number and then stared at the computer screen without saying a word.. He did answer the phone three times while I was standing in front of him.. I said what can I give you so we can get this going? My frustration was simply the fact it took over 30minutes to pick up a truck. When the guy came back he was friendly and helped me get the truck, I was already pissed at this point. Thanks but I'll make sure the building says U-Haul on it next time!
