The call center always took my calls when I was calling the facility holding my UBox It appeared that the system tracking the UBox wasn’t up to date with the status of my UBox. I needed to call three times before I got to a person who knew how to successfully schedule my delivery to my residence. The facility was great - he called me when my UBox arrived.

Let them know,on the online reservation that they need a 4 flat plug for the lights when renting a trailer. I had to go buy a adapter after I already got there. I could have gotten one nedor had. I known.

We had to wait a hour and a half to get our truck we had reserved because of a broken lockbox, what I cant understand is why the uhaul place wouldn't have a spare inside and the only key they have is locked in a metal box cause then you have issues like we did, ultimately this is uhauls responsibility, it is there company after all, I blame uhaul not the owners of the rental location.

I never had a Uhaul box in Colorado. I haven't been to Colorado in over 10 years. This is the second month in a row that I have had to get Uhaul to refund me for services that I never used. This is on top of the not so stellar experience I had when I actually did get a Uhaul in July. I appreciate the refunds though so I didn't have to cancel my credit card.

The owner of this location were a God Send and I appreciated what they did for me last minute to ensure I was able to get all my belongings out of the house I sold in Longmont, CO before the closing date which was a MUST. The original UBOX people out of Denver, canceled on me via email at about 10pm the night before I was supposed to receive delivery. I started freaking out then decided this was out of my hands and turned it over to God, asking Him for a miracle. The next morning I woke up asking God for the same miracle and about an hour later, Catherine (the owner) son from the Dacono location called me and my prayers were answered. They were so accommodating and I can't thank them enough!

Communicate better with the customer and give them what they ask for and what they reserved. I reserved 20 foot truck way in advance to be picked up in Loveland and dropped off in Dacono. The night before I moved I was notified with a voicemail saying I had to pick up my truck in Dacono and I was only receiving a 15 foot truck so they were adding on the mileage cost. So now I have lost time and money on my move already that I did not have or budget for. Then my truck was reserved for 8 a.m. and the reservation said 11 a.m. . Once again not what I the customer asked for. Luckily the truck was able to be picked up earlier then 11. Then after rushing and scrounging and borrowing money for gas to pay the excess expense that I did not plan for I received a phone call the following day after the truck was returned asking where the truck was. I was informed I was supposed to return it to Fort Collins which again is clear passed Loveland in the opposite direction further away from where I moved in the first place. Which would have added even more money to my expense and my time that I did not have. I had already returned the truck to the Dacono location. I was not checking my phone and had no email access during my move to know that they had moved my drop-off location to Fort Collins which I assume is the situation for many people who are between houses in the middle of a move. This was the experience I've ever had with a moving company and I have moved across country numerous times with Uhaul very disappointed! When a customer Reserve something and you are told in advance no problem and have your ducks in a row you need to make it happen. You don't change things on your customers last minute and double the expense of their move and double the time of driving the night before they are moving. Unexcusable will never recommend Uhaul nor use it again.

Location was difficult to find. My phones navigation system, google maps, took us to the neighboring mobile home park. The People were very nice and thorough but didn’t give me the mattress cover that had been prepaid. I asked before we left the store and the owner didn’t respond. When we arrived in Fort Colin’s, we had to go to a different Uhaul to purchase one. Please credit my account for the prepaid mattress cover. This location was not the originally reserved location. Uhaul called and changed the location.

It was clear staff had no idea how to operate the U-Haul system on the computer. It took 45 minutes to get access to my order when I picked it up and it took roughly the same time to drop it off. Staff needs training.

I need to protest the fact that we returned the truck with just at a 1/2 full tank,more than the expected 7/16 required. We were charged $6.38 ezfuel charge when we returned it with more than we originally were given. The facility was closed so the vehicle was not inspected in our presence. My wife and I specifically confirmed the amount as we were communicating as it was being filled. We also returned it with the cab and the van cleaner than received. We were trying to be very careful about returning it in good condition and proper fuel level. Felt like this is an easy way to pad the bill a bit as we didn't put on quite as many miles as we thought we might. I was an experienced driver just before I retired so I know the difference about fuel level and when I left the vehicle it was above required amount. I might have to think twice about coming back to this facility which I have used in the past if this is how they do business. Otherwise I felt the transaction was fine. This is just a principal thing of being charged more when we were trying to do the right thing on our part.
