I chose this location to drop off and it was changed without my knowledge at the pickup location. Had a very difficult time getting the Uhaul company to let me drop it off at the location I picked when booking. Don't change drop off location without discussing with the client.

Reservation was at 10am. Was told the person who handles the uhaul wouldn't be there till 11am, called 800 number 11:30 cause no one was there. I got a hold of someone who checked me in over the phone. The first truck I was supposed to get was stuck in the yard. Had to get 2nd truck, that one was stuck in the yard. So had to call and tell the guy I talked to a truck number that wasn't stuck. So after all of that we didn't get a truck till 12pm. So not work all the money I had to pay for the U-Haul.

Dolly lights did not work. Nobody came out to help set it up and check. Dolly towed fine and I returned it. No paperwork other than on my phone. Printer would not work at u-haul store.

The cashier had no way to help us get our truck. The manager locked the computer and did not even know he had a truck rental to pick up at 10 am. We had to call the uhaul company and then a supervisor go us the truck taken care of , the cashier gave us they keys . This was a super bad experience and to top it all off they asked us to take the truck 40 miles out of our way after moving all day and driving over 6 hours ! The utmost worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

all was good personnel at the rental location were very helpful in getting me in and out in a very timely fashion and returning the truck was silky smooth

Trailer fell off hitch within a mile of the uhaul location. The uhaul person put the trailer on my hitch which I allowed since I have bad arthritis in my hands. He wanted to put the chains on wrong (I've rented at least 9 uhaul trailers in the last 3.5 years and I know how the chains should go). I put the chains on, luckily or who knows what would have happened when the trailer came unhitched. Also he was on facetime or another face to face phone app the whole time he did my contract and hitched up my trailer. Clearly he hadn't done it before. I am disappointed but grateful no one and no thing was hurt after this incident on MOnday Dec 17. yesterday we drove the trailer 12 hours from Ohio to Missouri without incident (after my husband and I ensured that the trailer was properly connected to the hitch).
